Guests are responsible for their own laundry using the washing machine provided.However, upon request, optional paid maintenance services can be scheduled with our local housekeeper (fixed, non-negotiable rates):Extra Linen Kit: €15.00 per bed change (sheets) and €10.00 per person for a fresh towel set.Full Mid-Stay Cleaning & Fresh Linen Forfait: €60.00 per intervention (complete house cleaning, sanitization, and full renewal of sheets and towels for the entire group).These optional services must be requested 48 hours in advance and settled in cash directly with our housekeeper upon arrival.LEGAL STATUS & EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS:This property is managed by a private landlord under the location nue (bare rental) regulations, in strict compliance with official CIR/CIN certifications.
