If you enjoy history, this is the ideal place to check out. The castle has a nostalgic feel to it. The yard is large and very well kept up, and the pool was a bonus after a long day of wandering. The low temperature at night and the lack of air conditioning are only minus things I would mention. Expect old-fashioned luxury and advanced technology. It is an old place and part of it's charm if the floor is noisy or the window frames aren't brand new.

The hotel has a great atmosphere in the old castle. We stayed here for 4 nights, but we wish it had been longer. Good place to drive to various cities like Silenza or to just sit in the sun by the pool. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and they even gave us an additional tour with a great view in the tower at the end of our stay!.

We love the view. Everything is very lovely, including the unique caste that is supposedly preserved thousands of years ago. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to us. Everything here is very similar to 1779.
