Hidden gem in Napoli! 😍 We are so glad we chose Cellamare- we had the room on the second floor with balcony and jacuzzi, and it was the best hotel I have tried in Italy yet! The staff is very friendly and helpful, always available in case of something! The room is big and much nicer and higher standard than others! The location is also PERFECT - I honestly don’t have anything bad to say! Definitely choose Cellamare for your next Napoli stay 😍😍😍

All the rooms here are brand new and very well furnished, and not just for my 3 days stay, but for the overall service, so impressive! Because of this, everything can be easily accessible on foot, like the various tourist attractions nearby. Additionally, we have a sauna in our room in the junior suite. This hotel definitely comes highly recommended.

The room is stunning with a cool sauna inside. We used it after walking the whole day. From the cellmate we reached the centre stories, lungomare, some museums and also romero on foot or taking the funicolare. I went with my fiancee, who came from manchester to spend the week end with me in my lovely city. I chose the cellmate suit after reading the reviews on booking and knowing the location but I have to say that the expectations have overshadowed the reality. The cleaning was excellent. Daniel is very friendly and nice. Thank you a lot to Monica and Paul.

The cellmate suite and spa are absolutely fantastic because they are strategically located in the center of via chair. First of all, it is very close to all city's top sights, including the piazza plebiscite, the Palazzo Real Londomare, the center stories, and other museums and attractions. The amenities were also excellent. We had a sauna in each of the beautifully decorated rooms! We were also able to unwind in the hotel's main sauna room and jacuzzi. In conclusion, we cannot think twice about it. In conclusion, it was the ideal location to spend our initial excursion to Napalm. The greatest aspect of all was the excellent service. From the minute we landed at the hotel, Salvatore and Andrea were incredibly kind to us. They assisted us with almost everything, including restaurant recommendations, top sights to see, etc., which was a very pleasant interaction with them. We will undoubtedly make another reservation at the cellmate suite and spa shortly! Thank you for everything.

I always enjoy my stay at Naples. The location is good, in the middle of the city, my room was quiet. The guest was gentle and patient. The atmosphere was good, so I will try to go back to the Laguna Suite and Spa Nex 6tim.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, da Nah zum Zentrum und zum Wasser. Leider gab es ein wenig hin und her zum Check-In und Check-Out, was nicht hätte sein müssen (kurzfristige Änderungen bzgl. Uhrzeit). Aufgrund der Lage und schlechter Isolation der Fenster ist es recht laut. Das Zimmer war nur oberflächlich sauber, manches fehlte bzw. war kaputt (kein Vorleger für die Dusche, keine Halterung für Toilettenpapier, Kopfkissenbezüge wurden noch gebracht als das Zimmer eig. schon "fertig" war). Overall war es für eine Nacht in Ordnung, würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE. We were treated extremely poorly from the moment we checked in, as we were locked out of the apartment. Luckily, we managed to find a neighbor who was able to call a number and let us speak to the staff. Furthermore, on the day of checkout, we left 100 euros aside to catch the train and when we went back to get our bags, we realized that the money was gone. In addition, a branded lipstick that we had bought the night before was also missing. The owners were not complacent about the situation and only acted when we told them to call the police.

Hotel is advertised as Suite & Spa, Spa was used as a storage room and unavailable for use (probably just as well considering the smell), loud music from the flats above every morning. Not even a kettle in the room. I would suggest changing name to Cellamare Hostel! Strongly recommend to stay away.
