The kindness of all the staff

We stayed here for three nights during the ski world cup. Very romantic and a fantastic service. The restaurant is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and you can taste homemade strudel. Just a short walk will get you to the snow slopes or the heart of the town.

We would definitely come back and will definitely stay here again! After a poor experience with a different hotel in the city, we approached Laura who was so kind and helpful! The hotel itself is absolutely amazing! Lovely warm rooms, a great spa with no hot water in the jacuzzi, which is typical of Europe. And the best breakfast! We adored Laura and the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Laura also helped us with reservations for restaurants etc. We greatly recommend her and would love to come back!.

We stayed here for four nights. The hotel is conveniently located. Don't ski in or ski out entirely because there is a hotel just a few steps up a hill from here. However, it is still conveniently located as close to the city center. The hotel is lovely, but it isn't fantastic. The bathrooms were nice but a bit old and clumsy for the space and we wish we had a bath, but that was fine. The room was kept neat and clean every time. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety. We had dinner there one night, and it was a good meal that was worth eating once at least. The spa is lovely, so if you enjoy spas in the mountains, you'll love this hotel. The best aspect of the hotel, though, was the helpful service from the owner laura, who is always available and ready to assist with any needs you might have. Overall, a pleasant stay and a suitable home base for our trip.

We highly recommend it. We had the opportunity to spend some wonderful time here. The location is excellent, close to several ski lifts if you are seeking a skiing vacation, but it is also beautiful in summer if you enjoy resting and trekking you can easily reach beautiful waterfalls and the view is breathtaking! If you enjoy trekking there is perhaps a bus that takes you wherever you need to go, sometimes free. This hotel is very close to numerous amenities including supermarkets, chemists, etc. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a wide choice of sweet and salty treats, and youll also get a wonderful dinner. Meals are elegantly balanced and beautifully displayed, giving you the chance to sample regional cuisine, with two different menus! But theyll also accommodate special requests. Many thanks to the outstanding staff working there. Its run by two lovely sisters who take care of every detail, and the staff is simply amazing, always smiling and ready to help. Last but not least, the spa. After a walk or a day of skiing you can take a massage or relax by the swimming pool, steam bath, two saunas, and several jacuzzi. Everything is brand new and spotless. Weve traveled a lot, but weve never seen such a cozy and elegant hotel at the same time.

We were nine in all at this chalet Laura. The hotel manager and staff were excellent from the time we made the reservation until we said goodbye after five fantastic days. The hotel is conveniently located at the bottom of a paste ideal after a hard day skiing. There is a lovely wellness area with a jacuzzi, steam, sauna, and pool that opens in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms were basic but quite clean. Our vehicles could be parkable. La Madonna de Campiglio is beautiful. We will be back!.
