Positives: The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds offered comfort, and the breakfast area was pleasant. Negatives: The hotel required renovation, and the corridor wall leading to the breakfast room was unfinished. The wall-mounted TV stuck out, obstructing the walkway. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, and it was unavailable even when requested at reception. The lift and was very small and did not reach the top floor. In summary, we were disappointed and unlikely to choose this hotel again.

The comfort room was perfect. Much bigger and updated compared to the local Italian hotels I stayed in. The front desk staff was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was disappointing but still a clan nice offering and nice staff. I would stay there again

建物は古いけど、都会のスタイリッシュなホテルスタッフもフレンドリーだった。駅からかなり近いので便利シャワーの仕切りの扉の立て付けの具合？パッキンが悪く、水が外に漏れた。シャワーも若干弱かった。道路に面している部屋だったので、救急車、酔っ払いの声などかなり騒がしかった。もう一つの部屋は道路に面していなかったので静かだった。エレベーターが小さいので不便だった。

I love this hotel and the staff. They are so helpful. They even help me retrieve my delayed baggage from the airport. It’s walkable to all the sightseeing and the tours plus it’s right by the train station.

This was a perfect place to stay! It is close to the train station as well as the bus station where many tours to nearby Pisa and Tuscan wineries depart. Additionally, a special shout out to the kind and honest staff of this particular hotel. My wife had forgotten her new personalized Gucci bag in our room when we checked out. Housekeeping turned it in and the front desk went above and beyond to contact us and return her bag. Thank you so much!
