Quirky & quaint b&b. Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Coloseum, plenty of cheap traditional restaurants, shops, delis nearby. The family room was spacious & really clean & we found the area to be quiet & safe. If you don't want to pay over the odds for a city centre hotel, The Coloseum Garden is the place to be. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much. Grazie Mille.

This is one of the oldest builings in the area. Close to the Colosseum, Palatine hill and lots of places to eat and drink. The room was updated and comfortable. The welcoming staff was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed being local.

콜로세움에서 가깝고, ztl구역 밖이기 때문에 차로가거나 콜로세움 근처에서 머물기에 좋아요. 호텔바로앞 골목에 주차할수 있으나 안전하게 하시려면 걸어서2분거리에 주차빌딩 있구요. 깨끗하고 넓고 에어컨도 잘 나왔어요. 와이파이 잘 터지고 전반적으로 만족합니다

Rosie is the best!! Very professional and courteous. We were running late from and excursion and she waited for us to return so that we could collect our baggage. She is an asset to the hotel!

I was visiting my Daughter, so the hotel was an excellent location and base for sightseeing, restaurants and to spend time with my daughter . Hotel is small and room based. Staffed only from 9am-3pm . Staff very friendly and helpful.

Es un poco difícil dar con el al principio, después todo perfecto está muy cerca del coliseo como a dos cuadras aproximadamente, hay muchos lugares cerca para comer, si te toca la habitación de cuatro personas tiene cocina y refrigerador.

The front desk gentleman was very friendly and resourceful. The room was very clean with the comfiest bed. Very nicely and thoughtfully decorated inside. The location is perfect for tourists, 5 minutes walk from the colleseum, 15 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain. The hotel provided a map with places to eat, and drink which was helpful. There were no crowds and the room was very quiet. English channels on the tv, also ability to connect to Netflix and Spotify were a bonus!

Hotel staff super helpful! Lots of restaurants close by and a small 24 hour grocery store. Less than 10 minutes from the hop on, hop off bus stop.

Habitación limpia y bonita, cama comodísima. Muy buena ubicación a 1 minuto andando del Coliseo y de la parada de tranvía. Excelentes recomendaciones de bares y restaurantes en la zona.

Séjour sympa à Rome dans ce petit hôtel très charmant , la déco très sympathique, le personnel très gentil et surtout un très bon emplacement, à 300m du Colisée, de quoi ravir les féru d'Histoire que nous sommes.

The service at the hotel was very good. They kept contact with me both in close conjunction with our visit and a week before our visit. And although we arrived close to 15:00 and the receptionist was just about to leave her shift, we got a very professional treatment upon arrival. On the few occasions where we needed help with something they happily gave us the help we needed. The room and its bathroom was clean and fresh. The location was close to the Colosseum and the area has several restaurants and bars. Me and my girlfriend never felt that there was any problem walking around, even at night. We felt that the area was safe. Good value accomodation for the price!

El hotel esta a pocas cuadras del coliseo, del Metro y algunos buses. El personal, Sandra, fue muy amable. Lo único malo es que hay q subir escaleras, pero valió la pena.

Budget hotel room which was very clean and in a fantastic location close to the Colosseum. Reception was exceptionally helpful suggesting great value for money restaurants and offering us refreshments on arrival. Shower had very hot water and the room had heating for the slightly chilly December nights. There was a communal area to make unlimited hot drinks which was handy. Located on a road which was not disturbed by pedestrian or road traffic.Recommend this to anyone who is not looking for 5* star luxury type accomodation. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Rome we would stay here again.

RetRome are beautiful charming apartments that are geared up for the independent traveler. Compact rooms with a retro twist that are clean, tidy and have access to a shared kitchen which means you can make your own cup of coffee in the morning and a basic breakfast. Great location, only 7minute walk to the Colosseum...what more could you want! Staff are welcoming and very helpful. They spent time emailing before arrival making sure we knew how to get there and checked if there was anything we needed in advance. If we return to Rome, which I am sure we will as after 3 days we still left feeling there was so much to see and do, we will be booking to stay here again! Thank you RetRome for a fantastic stay!
