Beautiful property. Plenty of places to work or relax. Staff is really friendly. The property is located in a less crowded space in Venice and has open spaces all around. Would visit again!

Fantastic room with great view of canal, only thing missing was a kettle for coffee or tea in the room or communal areas. Beautifully designed hostel with lots of hangout spaces. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast options for vegetarian could be improved

An amazing property, full of history and the staff was always friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hidden gem far away from all the crowds! There’s a Vaporetto stop just a few feet away! I’d definitely stay here again!

Best hotel in Venice. Clean, friendly staff, spacious, great shower, delicious breakfast, quiet area with quick access to the transport boats. Neighborhood is off the tourist track, yet a short walk to it.

The property was converted from an old monastery. It has picturesque courtyards, free breakfast and a restaurant with indoor and outside seating. Hotel guests receive a 10% dining discount. You can reach the hotel from the Venice airport via water taxi. It docks at pier A a few steps away from the hotel. Very clean and very spacious, though no TV in the room.

Incredible hidden gem! It is a hostel that houses students throughout the year but has private apartments. Very secure and well maintained. Used to be a monastery and abandoned for many decades but completely renovated and hip. Has a bar and restaurant in the courtyard. Free breakfast was a major plus. Views to the canal and a 1 min walk to the water bus that takes you to the airport. Highly recommend!

Great location in Venice at a very reasonable cost. Easy walk to main attractions. Super helpful that the airport waterbus pick up location was only a short 3-minute walk from the property. Overall facility was very clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and super friendly. Our stay included breakfast which was the basic, standard fare that you see at similarly priced properties in Europe. We will definitely stay here again as it offered a large, clean and well-priced alternative when visiting Venice. Only criticism is that the fitness facility was super small and could only accommodate 3 people at a time, was not readily accessible (you had to ask for a separate key from the front desk) and a bit disappointing on that one aspect. Quiet neighborhood location but very close to food/restaurants as well as a COOP Supermarket.

We had a beautiful, clean suite right on one of the canals. We really enjoyed the property, it was far enough away from the tourist crowds, but easy access to the main sites. It was especially convenient to access the ferry to Murano, Burano, and the airport. The breakfast was really great, options to suit most any taste. We would absolutely stay here again!
