Great location adjacent to the Central Market so easy to get to the centre and to the train station. Friendly and straightforward check in. Rooms decent size, clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast enough to set you up for the day. Good 3 star hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Family vacation, excellent stay, this hotel is in the Center of everything!!! Very cute hotel, the front desk is incredibly helpful Shanel made great recommendation and reservations for us during our entire stay. The breakfast was very good and had everything staff super helpful, Claudia was very nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel, I read some of the negative reviews, but I did not encounter anything negative experience. The layout is different you do take a lot of turns to the room but does not take away from the charm of property. Parking I learned from several days in Italy that is not free. We had our car sent to a garage by the hotel and did not need it until we checked out. Laundry is also a service not a facility at the hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located. Walkable to train station, markets, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. The bar is not opened, which was disappointing and the wifi is hit or miss.

The room was a lot more for the money than expected. Easily a 4 star hotel. Large room with King size bed and the biggest bath we've ever had. And a large and varieties of food for the free breakfast. Next door to the train station, city market and lots of stalls. Easy to walk to everywhere in the city. I would have to really think about something very small for a flaw so won't even mention one. Great place.

Great location, next to market, walking distance from train station. We happened to stay during a heat wave and the AC wasn't strong enough to cool the room, but I don't think that is their fault. Temperatures were way above normal.
