Everyone was so helpful and polite. The view is amazing. Was nice to have breakfast every morning, The shuttle is very nice and convenient, just make sure you plan your days knowing the shuttle times if you book for something. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cristina for our week in Sorrento. The staff were so lovely and friendly, particularly those serving at all the meal times - nothing was a problem and they always greeted us with a smile. The views were spectacular and our room was very clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated the free shuttle to and from the station - it was easy to book via WhatsApp and they happily helped with luggage. Overall we'd recommend this hotel as a fantastic stay for an Amalfi Coast holiday.

The Hotel was excellent, very clean and the entire staff was extraordinary nice and helpful. Breakfast was above my expectations. I can't say enough about this hotel. Definitely I will be coming back without any doubt. Only I will suggest for next time the shuttle bus bring/pick up us to downtown of Sorrento instead of leaving us at the train station. especially when you go for the first time and you don't have any clue how and where to go.

Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week long stay at Hotel Cristina. The staff was extraordinarily accommodating and professional. Antonella, Maria, Francesco, Rosella and Laura, among others, provided exceptional service to us. We thank them for making our stay very special. We especially appreciated the birthday treat. We stayed in room 108 which is a sea view room with outstanding views of Sant’Agnello, Mount Vesuvius and the sea from the spacious balcony. The room was lovely, very clean, included complimentary water each day and was made ready for us upon our early arrival which we really appreciated. The daily, included breakfast was the best - excellent variety to choose from and fresh and delicious every day. Made to order cappuccinos were perfect too. Snacks, drinks and meals in the restaurant were very good and you can’t beat the view to enjoy while you eat and relax. The bus to and from Sorrento was easy to schedule and very convenient for getting back and forth from the hotel. We also appreciated that water was always available in the lobby. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Grazie mille to the staff!

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Cristina! The breakfast was amazing and the staff was some of the friendliest I’ve come across in Italy. We stayed in the villa which was a short walk down the road from the hotel. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 5 to spread out after a long day. The hotel is located a good 10 minutes away from the city center; the location had stunning views and was nice to be away from all the noise and crowds in the city. The shuttle was perfect to get us into town and back every day. Very satisfied with our stay and look forward to visiting again!

Breakfasy was excellent. Staff were kind and helpful. View from room was great. Shuttle service was on time. The desk helped arrange a car for us and even offered us breakfast to go. Very good communication, very great stay. Restaraunt staff was great for dinner also. Grazie!

The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The views from our rooms were amazing. Meals were excellent with a great choice for breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to and from the train station is a real bonus. The only minor criticism is the air conditioning had been turned off for winter which seemed a little early (mid October). We were a little too warm on the first night. Overall a great place to stay in Sorrento and we would definitely visit again.

The view from Hotel Cristina was beautiful. The shuttle was very convenient at ran frequently between the hotel and the train station. The rooms were clean and modern but were not spacious. The food was great and the breakfast was an amazing buffet with many choices and a lot of food. All that said, the best thing about Hotel Cristina was the people that worked there. We enjoyed speaking with each person and their smiles a great start to each day.
