Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern decor, and aesthetic. Nice bar. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my boyfriend and me. We were staying in Italy for a couple of days and luckily chose the perfect place. I didn't know how to work the lights at first, but one of the girls up front came up to my room and showed me, with no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service. Staff gave us complimentary drinks and ordered a taxi for us at 4 am for our early flight. Wish we could've stayed for breakfast, but I'm sure that's good too!

The hotel is very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and feature excellent amenities, including mini refrigerators, a hospitality tray with coffee and tea, modern furnishings, and a large, modern TV—well above the average in Italy, where hotel TVs are often much smaller. The hotel was clean throughout all its areas. The gym is very well equipped, and there is also a games area. The property is used as accommodation for students, which is why it is maintained in excellent condition and includes laundry, drying, and ironing facilities. The hotel is located no more than five minutes from the bus and train stations, making transportation very convenient. What I liked the most—and what is very difficult to find in Italy—is the quality of the service. The staff always had a positive attitude, were helpful, and were genuinely willing to assist in a friendly and professional manner. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Some of the surrounding streets are a bit dark and dirty, but the hotel itself feels like a building that was brought from somewhere else and placed there—it truly stands out from its surroundings. 100% recommended!

I have stayed in hostels across more than seven countries, and CX Naples Centrale is by far the best hostel experience I've had. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made it easy for me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for sightseeing around Naples. I was especially impressed by their assistance when my locker lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open it. The staff responded quickly, solved the problem professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend CX Naples Centrale to anyone visiting Naples and would gladly stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed four nights and left the city for Sorrento. On the way back from Sorrento to Rome, we stopped at Naples for visiting Chapel of Sansevero. The hotel was very kind to offer us free luggage storage. We highly appreciate that. Also the breakfast was great.
