Carolina was a wonderful host. She notified us of restaurants within walking distance and provided us with maps when we registered. She was incredibly accommodating in providing breakfast early when we had to leave for our day trips. Despite being on a busy street, the electric shades are noiseproof, making it impossible to hear street noise. We had the blue room, which was a suite with one spacious bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchenette with burners, a coffee maker, dishes, and pots, a refrigerator, and a large screen. The bathroom had everything you could possibly need and was roomy. The hotel's proximity to the train station won't let us down. She provided some excellent restaurant suggestions for places we needed to visit, and we walked everywhere we needed to go.

We can't wait to return because we only stayed one night in naples and are so happy we reserved with Be del Toro! The proprietor was so friendly and helpful and had so many recommendations for us that we wish we could have remained longer. The apartment was conveniently located, the room was clean, welcoming, and full of thoughtful amenities, and the shower was fantastic.

This hotel is in a rather rough part of Napoli, close to the central train station. Although this hotel is very opulent, it is very close to the central train station. That being said, we had a fantastic time in Napoli, and the locals were very pleasant and accommodating. We had the opportunity to stroll around Napoli, and as I stayed longer, I got to appreciate the city and its inhabitants more. The entrance to the del torso is a little challenging to find at first, with it's courtyard, which is a large, older structure. After you climb an elevator, you can easily reach the very welcoming Fabio. He shared his wealth of knowledge about Napoli, what to see, and where to go right away. The green room in the room we had booked was small by any standard. The most of the space was filled with the somewhat soft and lumpy bed. There was a mini fridge, a little table, and a closet and dresser. A little stuffy but useful. One of the smallest bathrooms I have ever seen was the restroom. And the shower was tiny. It was everything useful and convenient for our three-night stay. Caroline was the best part of our stay at del torso. What a great hostess! incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and open. We received a lot of advice while we were there, such as where to go and what to do. The proprietor was always friendly and willing to answer any of our queries. After our first night, we received a free upgrade to a larger room.

I heartily recommend staying at this family-run be. We stayed at this be for 2 nights and had nothing but excellent things to say. First, Katrina went above and beyond by explaining in English or Polish what to see, pointing out everything on a map, giving advice about restaurants, the surrounding area, and modes of transportation. Tomorrow, we check out early before breakfast time, but she is so lovely and will bring us breakfast before we depart. The hotel room we stayed in was a spacious bunk bed double bed, with a cute balcony overlooking the side street and an updated bathroom. Nothing wrong with this. The hotel is hidden in a building with a large gate that locks at night, a nice and safe, and key to enter the hotel also measures.
