We have just come back from our stay at Dilman Luxury stays in Bari and I would not be able to praise this place and the staff enough in one review. We have stayed there for 10 days and we felt like at home! The place is simply outstanding and has exceeded our expectations despite of all the great reviews we have read before visiting it. You will find everything there that is needed/useful/handy for you stay. For us it is definitely 11 stars out of 10! Now onto staff - well they all were simply amazing. Polite, helpful, welcoming, respectful, happy, knowledgeable. All of them were always checking if we were happy with everything. Rafaella was very helpful in terms of suggesting places to visit and Alessia was an incredible photographer! We wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you and you have made our stay there simply wonderful!

Staff were very friendly and extremely responsive to our "prior to arrival" questions, including booking parking at a nearby private parking garage. They also were very happy to give recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The room was excellent, with great facilities and the location of the hotel was close to perfect for everything we wanted to do for our 2 day stay in Bari. Highly recommended.

Dilman Luxury Resort is a modern and aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel in Bari. The slim eight-story building is sandwiched between other buildings and shops in the heart of Bari's downtown City Centre (Murat district). There are three guest rooms per floor which are small but well designed to include most visitor needs. Our room also had a balcony with table and chairs, kitchenette, and separate bathroom and shower areas. Breakfast is in the attached cafe/bar. Choices are wide and the food top notch. Most importantly is the front desk/reception team. They go significantly out of their way to assist with critical information about sites and other needs and worked hard to book reservations, offer suggestions and effectively make our stay in Bari warm and welcome. Special shout-outs to Raffiela and Alessia for their super support and kindness -- even dropping off breakfast in our room without our asking given our early morning flight back to the U.S. Strongest recommendations to base your stay in Bari here given the opportunity.

Very centrally located with clean rooms and a great breakfast. The staff were outstanding, very helping with maps, recommendations and arranging a taxi. Would stay here again.

Dilman was truly a gem. Gorgeous room and amenities (even a sauna in the room!) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s perfectly situated in walking distance to the old town and all the sights. Hope to visit again!
