This place is one of a kind, if you want a relaxing break with great food and even better wine you must come here. It will be best to access via car so you can explore local towns as it is quite remote. A big thank you to all the staff as everyone is so kind and helpful, it feel like you are being looked after by a family. Will defiantly be coming back in the future

This is a beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend having dinner here, lovely setting to drink the excellent wine whilst overlooking the vineyards it came from, with an absolutely stunning view. It is a small hotel and was a bit short staffed when we went. The pool was beautiful. I wouldn’t necessarily have wanted to stay longer than 1 night because there wasn’t much to do at the hotel but it was fabulous for 1 night. The room (deluxe double) was spacious and really nicely decorated. They also offered complementary drinking water and filled up our drinking bottles before we left which is always a plus.

We recently stayed at Dimora Cottanera and had a truly wonderful experience. The setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by vineyards and beautifully restored buildings. The design blends original features with contemporary industrial elements, creating a unique atmosphere where vintage Italian furniture sits perfectly alongside modern finishes. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help me plan a very special proposal to my partner. Their suggestions and support helped create a truly memorable and romantic occasion. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of breads, pastries, cakes, cereals, juices, coffee and freshly prepared egg dishes. The stuffed omelette was a particular favourite. We also enjoyed a fantastic six-course evening meal. The food was delicious throughout, and the wines were outstanding. The 2020 Classic sparkling wine was exceptional and easily comparable to many well-known champagnes. Being able to enjoy wine produced from the vineyard right in front of us made the experience even more special. Our room was immaculate, stylish and comfortable, combining contemporary design with a lovely vintage character. The hot tub was fantastic and became one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the staff couldn't have done more for us, the surroundings are beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend Dimora Cottanera to anyone.

This is a very special place in Sicily! The location and quality of the facilities is excellent and extremely tasteful. Alessadro, Julia and the whole team very attentive! You can hang on the grounds and find plenty of spots to relax in and walk around the grounds and vineyards with excellent views of Etna and northern mountains and hills--gorgeous. Get the excellent tasting menu in the restaurant and settle in for a relaxing evening with fantastic Cottanera wines! (Small suggestion--the wellness/massage rooms could be bigger and better ventilated). You can stay here a night or 4 and be very happy!

Located on a working vineyard and olive farm, Dimora is an amazing experience. They offer wine tasting for a price and dinner for a price but both are worth it. The wine tasting is led by a very knowledgeable staff member, Salvo, in our case. The wines were all bottled on site and were wonderful. We were able to order wine and have it shipped to our house in California. Dinner was prepared on site and served in a glass enclosed seating area with a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The variety of choices for dinner could be expanded and probably will be in the future. We both had flat breads that were excellent and of course accompanied by estate wines. The room had an incredible view of Mt. Etna on one side and the surrounding vineyards on the other side. We reserved time in the spa for jacuzzi and sauna. This included robes and slippers for wearing when not in the water. Breakfast was great augmented by several egg offerings prepared on request.

Convenient parking, helpful reception, clean and tastefully designed room, knowledgeable Sommelier at the restaurant, stunning views and a delightful breakfast with cooked to order options, what more can you wish for, we are definitely coming back as one night was not enough.

O cuidado e o carinho com o aniversário da minha esposa e todas as a opções feitas com muito talento e apego nos conquistaram. Alessandro e equipe a noite com um jantar maravilhoso. As pinsas foram as melhores de toda a Sicília. O hotel é um charme e a vinícola maravilhosa. Destaque também para as meninas da recepção, que foram muito gentis. Lugar maravilhoso.

Et skønt sted, med ro og vinmarker. Dejligt med pool, sauna mv. Lækkert stort værelse. Vi spiste aftensmad på stedet og det kan vi helt klart anbefale - super god mad og vine. En oplevelse. Vi kommer der gerne igen.

Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. I would like to come back as soon is possible to lose myself again in the beauty and quiet of this magical place. Thanks

What a beautiful property! I would love to thank the amazing Alessandro! He made us feel at home and he’s so passionate about what he does and enjoyed talking to him. The chef was so kind to us also.
