Nice location to the main tourist attractions of the city, including historical buildings and shopping options. Situated near a pleasant little square where we had meals several times. Clean room. Helpful, friendly staff. Hotel access/entry via link - a little awkward for us - but it worked…

Great location to many attractions, tours , dining and shopping . Great Gelato shop a few doors down - check in was wonderful ! Special shout out to cleaning staff, not only did they keep the property immaculate they also assisted with translation in ordering a taxi to the train station

We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!

The staff was so friendly. They met us an hour early to let us into our room instead of having to store our luggage. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station, but once you're here, it's a great location. Very close to dining and shopping. There is a laundromat two minutes away, which was really convenient. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The apartment is also fabulous with a gorgeous salon and sitting area. We just loved it!

The communication and kind staff were a highlight to this gorgeous renovated palace. We slept under a fresco painted ceiling which added to the Italian dream. The location is one of the best. Close to food, shopping, nightlife. The cleaning team were so kind and welcoming. They helped with anything we needed. The bonus was amazing air conditioning that you control. We visited in the height of heat in June and I’m not sure myself or my teens would have been happy without it. I would recommend this property for families (without strollers) and couples/friend trips. The room was up a flight of stairs without elevator so just be aware of that if an elevator is important to you. 10/10 stay abroad💕
