Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus sieht von außen etwas unspektakulär aus. Innen erwartet einen aber ein Zimmer, was keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Klimaanlage, super Matratze und gute Fenster erlauben einen ruhigen, erholsamen Schlaf. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen!

The easiest way to find the hotel is look for Hotel Zara on the map. The top intercom is for this hotel. After getting buzzed in there is an elevator or stairs to the second floor to check in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. A/C makes for a quiet night’s sleep. Don’t let the surrounding area or front entrance dissuade you from staying here. Zero issues and a good value.

The hotel rooms are terrific. The staff is very helpful and attentive. You wouldn’t know from looking at the outside of the building that it’s a very nice hotel inside. And the elevator is probably 110 years old. But once you’re inside, it’s fabulous. I guess the bottom line is don’t let the outside deter you.

Don't judge a book by its cover! The entrance hallway to the building needs attention to be more welcoming, but once you get to the suites, they are fabulous. If you're staying here, try to check in during daylight if you’re unfamiliar with Naples. The neighborhood gets interesting at night, but just be alert as you would in any city and no problem. The rooms are exactly as depicted in photos - extremely nice, modern, comfortable, and spacious. The building is secure and the rooms are located on the 5th floor. It can be a bit tricky to check-in, as the reception is on 2nd floor in Hotel Zara. I think they note second floor check in with the instructions. We were just not expecting the different hotel name so I am mentioning. Staff is hospitable and nice. We were there one night before heading to the coast. The property is only 5 minutes walk from train station, which is super convenient. We were able to leave our bags with them while exploring Naples for the day. Good value, walkable, solid accommodations!

Wonderful stay, clean and modern. Elevator looks scary but works as it should. A bit noisy to the hallway but no sound from traffic outside! Great aircondition. Remember to bring soap for shower.

For an overnight stay, it is good. It was close to a 8 minute drive with little traffic to airport. Staff was helpful in reserving a taxi for us. Only issue is the entry door to our room didn’t seal tight. Could see light from hall shining thru on all sides. Small room but as said, good enough for a one night stay to prepare for a flight out next day.

Wow, where to start. The good parts: The hotel room itself was great - seemingly newly renovated with a balcony. And it was quiet. The challenging parts: Other than the renovated guest rooms, the building is in bad condition with extensive paint peeling in the hallways, and with dirt and dust that hadn’t been cleaned for decades - it was totally gross, to say the least. One has to climb 5 steps to use a rickety elevator with doors, so accessibility could be an issue for many, especially when trying to move luggage. But between using the dirty and paint peeling hallways and using the rickety, elevator, I preferred using the elevator. The safety in the community around the hotel is very questionable. I didn’t like being outside during the day, and did not go out at night unless a taxi was there waiting for me.

No hair dryer in the room. Room with no window and the corridor lights sip through into the room. No WiFi and soundproofing between rooms

Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience with this lodging (it is not a hotel, but simply one floor of a very old building). The location is bad, it’s close to a train station and very dirty the surroundings (found quite a few homeless people in the area). I’ve had a communication problem with the staff (he spoke Italian to me and I know very little Italian). My one day staying in this place was really stressful for me. I definitely do not recommend it. It is one of my worst stayings in the last ten years (and I am often traveling). Never got an apology from the them.
