The staff was very informative and helpful, especially Viktor, at check in. The rooms were clean and roomy. The beds were made daily along with light cleaning. The bathroom lighting was a little dark and the air conditioning was not as cold as I would like, but they did provide me with a fan, which was nice.The small bar was nice for a quick drink and light snacks. Getting a taxi was easy from the hotel. It was close to the Trevi foundation and Spanish steps. Nice clean neighborhood with numerous restaurants nearby. Would recommend and stay again

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great location near the beautiful Via Veneto Street, and easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps. Bus stops and metro station very close, asking with numerous lovely cafes. Highly recommended and I would book again.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Spanish Escalinata, Streets with beautiful shops showcasing Italian leather trade and Italian fashion. Surrounded by Italian Villas out of this world and close to the US Embassy. Safe, walkable neighborhood and great restaurants. The coffee at breakfast could be improved though.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed the private terrace. The hotel is located in a quiet street, in walking distance of many things. The overall stay was perfect.

The hotel was in a great location. Far enough away from all the action but close enough to walk. The staff was very helpful and kind. Room is clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend it

Best place to stay at when traveling to Rome. First you literally have the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain close minutes away. Second, you have a bar at the hotel after a long day of touring the city. Ask Mary to make you one of her signature drinks or Mario for his specialty drink. Overall I loved this hotel. 10/10 definitely would recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and helped with all our needs. The rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable. The only downside (and being a little nit picky here) was the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t the brightest and our television wasn’t always getting a signal. But who is going to stay in The Eternal City to watch TV? To be fair, we also never notified the staff of the issue. The hotel was in a great location near the Piazza di Spagna and many wonderful restaurant choices. We would definitely return for our next stay in Roma! Grazie Divina Hotel!

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the Borghese Gallery. The staff was outstanding welcoming, attentive, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. There are also several wonderful restaurants nearby with truly incredible food. We look forward to returning very soon!

We had a wonderful stay. From the time we walked in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were spacious and clean with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was delivered each morning to enjoying our balcony. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location was great too.

The breakfast bar had a wonderful selection of fresh food. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to joke with to lighten the stress. They made our day. In terms of the building and the rooms, one must adapt to the dark. While beautiful, it is all black. Mostly black walls with a few white accent walls. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this perfect location.

The room was so nice and very clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast each day and the sweet ladies that worked at breakfast were just adorable. I am missing my cappuccinos this morning. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional We have already decided we will be staying at the Divina on our next trip to Roma!
