This is a lovely accommodation right in the heart of Lecce Centro Storico. It is in an ideal location to experience the charm and vibrancy of the old town and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. A light breakfast is provided with a very tasty pastry, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juice available. Two very charming and friendly sisters run the place. Some external building maintenance taking place during our stay, however, the housekeepers did great work in dealing with the inevitable dust. It is worth being aware that the rooms are on the second floor and accessed by a narrow staircase with no lift available in keeping with most of the other historic buildings in the area. Communication from the proprietor was good.

Close to parking and in the old town close the main piazza Great ladies to make you wonderful cappuccino and a nice breakfast we loved them❤️

Check in process is a unique because they have no front desk. Everything is online, so make sure you read the instructions. Well worth it though, for a clean, comfortable room with a cool setup in an unbeatable location. But don't expect fancy views, you're in the middle of downtown.

Our original place was canceled and Donna Teresa was booked last second. Wow are we glad we stayed here! The area is outstanding, maybe the best street to stay on in Lecce, the room is perfect! Check in was simple. Public Parking outside the historical center was only a 5 minute walk to our room. 10/10

You enter through a discreet old door. After. A little climb ( you can do it) up the stairs , here you are. My room spacious and tasteful. Old radiators , new air conditioning , floor length drapery . Immaculate! They scented air . Spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi ( if you like) And the ability to darken with wooden blinds from the harsh sun . Very private considering the bustle from the street . Then there’s Rosaria and Loredonna . Two sisters who preside over breakfast and rooms . If you are missing your aunts, you found them here . Very sweet and accommodating, they serve a delicious breakfast and are very attentive. If you want an authentic experience with local charm , Donna Teresa B&B is an excellent choice

Rosella was a very sweet host of this property . She treated me and my boyfriend like his own daughter and son . She prepared us a beautiful breakfast and arranged our transportation to the airport . I would highly recommend this property who are wanting to stay in lecce. I would absolutely come back . Grazie mille !

Amazing location if you want to explore Lecce, the rooms are spacious, very modern and clean, and I can't praise the staff enough - so kind, and the breakfasts were perfect to start our day. The one downside, and it isn't a small one - the parking in Lecce is really difficult especially during busier times of the day/week, and because of the ZTL you have to carry your luggage from outside the historic center to the building, and up about three flights of stairs. After a long drive, circling 30 minutes for parking, and in 35° weather, this was not fun.

Réservation chambre double supérieure pour 3 nuits. Chambre tout à fait conforme à la description. État impeccable...on pouvait avoir l'impression de l'étrenner! Très bien situé dans le centre historique, à quelques de la piazza del duomo. Stationnement facile et bon marché sur le parking via Adua situé tout près.

Camera molto pulita in zona centrale a Lecce. Ottimo servizio delle signore della colazione la mattina molto cortesi e cordiali. Le camere sono in un palazzo antico senza ascensore e con scale strette.
