This hotel was AMAZING. Fantastic breakfast. Air conditioning felt so great! The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the location right in town. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful boutique hotel right in Old Town. Excellent breakfast and power drinks. Free bicycles to use, great ride along the river. Room is as well appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Eisenhut Boutique Hotel. Insgesamt hat alles bestens gepasst und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten äußerst komfortabel und sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche, höfliche und stets hilfsbereite Personal sowie der hervorragende Service während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns begeistert – mit einer großen Auswahl und hochwertigen Produkten war es der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Privatsphäre im Zimmer: Vom Gang aus kann man teilweise in das Zimmer hineinschauen, was wir als etwas störend empfunden haben. Abgesehen davon war unser Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt für einen Kurztrip weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen

We really enjoyed this hotel. First class atmosphere and rooms with a fantastic breakfast and an incredibly helpful staff. We took advantage of the cable car access provided by the hotel and the hotel bikes. This place is a gem and we would definitely stay here again if we travel to Bolzano.

We visited Bolzano and the Dolomites for our honeymoon in late May and the Eisenhut was the perfect base for our days of hiking and exploring. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very kind and they have thought of everything. Check in was smooth and although we arrived early they sent us to a recommended restaurant, took our bags, and made sure our bags were in our room after our meal. The included breakfast and Bozen transportation pass were fantastic as well. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Overall a 10/10 experience. Felt very luxurious and very worth our money.

Máximo acolhimento: simpatia, gentileza, sorriso, limpeza, aroma elegante, estrutura ampla, lindamente decorada e intimista como um chalé de montanha no centro histórico. Lugar perfeito … e a equipe é a cereja do bolo, fechando com chave de ouro a experiência. Não dá vontade de sair deste hotel. Um super agradecimento a Sofia, Brenda, Lena, Olga e demais meninas (e meninos) que nos acolheram com tamanho calor humano.

The hotel was very beautiful and so very well maintained. The staff are excellent and the breakfasts were a delight. Will definitely go back. The location worked well for as we were there for the Olympics and used the train daily to get to the venues. Plus the proximity to restaurants, walks through town and shopping made for a grand experience
