We had a wonderful stay at the Eurostars Cannaregio. The location is excellent—quiet and charming, yet very central, with easy access to all the main attractions. Arriving from Venice Airport by water taxi is quick and convenient, making the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful and features a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The elevator is mainly for luggage, but that’s quite common in historic Italian buildings and was not an issue at all. We traveled as 2 adults and 2 children under 12, and everything was perfect. Venice is an amazing city, and this hotel made our experience even better. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

This was a very good hotel we got the split level room with the beds upstairs lots of space. Awesome room if you don't mind stairs. The food at the breakfast room was adequate could use some help especially the cold scrambled eggs and the attendannts were not friendly.. So this hotel is smack in the middle of a residential area with completely dead streets by 10:00 p.m. which were beautiful but a little scary. Big pluses, there is a big supermarket less than a 5 minute walk also the water bus stand another five minute walk. A 10 to 15 minute walk puts you right in the middle of the touristy area. overall it's a very nice hotel great home base to explore beautiful Venice which in my opinion is literally a living postcard! I would definitely stay here again. My most important tip... If you are leaving Venice by the airport invest on a water taxi coming to pick you up at the hotel. the water bus service can be unreliable and VERY crowded we ended up missing our flight and had to purchase brand new tickets. 160 Euro water taxi ride versus 2,700 for new tickets.

Loved this room for our family of four. Arrived a couple hours before check in and we were able to leave our bags until check in time. They offered to let us clean up and reorganize in the lobby bathroom. Our 18 and 21 year old daughters slept in the downstairs bed while we were upstairs. Gave us all some space while not having to book two rooms. Clean, comfortable room. Nice layout and cool exposed ceiling materials. Great location to be away from the business of St. Mark’s square but close enough to walk and vaparetto there. Found a couple cute spots nearby for after dinner drinks just a short walk away. Having an included breakfast buffet was a nice convenience. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our shower door was leaky and it was tight to turn around in the small tub/shower but definitely not a deal breaker. I couldn’t get my coffee maker to work but didn’t care enough to ask as it was more fun to go find a cappuccino nearby. The included breakfast downstairs offerred coffee options as well. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

We love this hotel. It’s in a great location, far away from tourist central but in easy reach of the airport and amenities. The breakfast is great and when they open the outside courtyard it really is a little haven. The staff are always very friendly and can’t be more helpful. Highly recommended. It isn’t super luxurious but is just a great place, calm and unflustered.

We loved the neighborhood and the hotel, such a great stay! Just be prepared for a bit of walking, which we didn’t mind at all. The staff was absolutely phenomenal, especially Eric at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and even went out of his way to help us switch our bed setup to twins. He also kindly shared a helpful tip for future bookings when using Expedia, which we really appreciated. A small wish would be having complimentary water in the room, and hopefully on our next visit the room will be a bit more updated. That said, overall it was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely come back and stay here again.
