We recently stayed at Excellence Suites in Rome and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. Our room was a great size, offering plenty of space to relax comfortably after long days of sightseeing around the city. One of the best parts of staying here was the location. The hotel is conveniently close to many amenities including restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transportation, making it very easy to explore Rome. Most major attractions were within walking distance or a short commute away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, helping make our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Excellence Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay in Rome.

Great value for the money. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. One shower dispenser, I guess 3 in 1 bath/shampoo/conditioner? The only thing missing was coffee. There was only one chair, so sit on the bed while eating/drinking. Overall, very nice!

Perfect location... Lots of breakfast , cafes and restaurants in the area... Taxi rank at the bottom of the street... Room was clean... Beds were comfortable... Does not look like a hotel on the outside but if you only need a bed and a bathroom , this is your place!!!

Really good room in a perfect location for exploring Rome. The room was a good size with a great shower, very clean and some excellent breakfast options just down the hill. Very comfy bed, really pleased with our choice.

This hotel is a hidden gem, when we arrived at the front door I was a little worried it’s very unassuming, but once we got inside the room was fantastic. Very clean very big , large bathroom and shower with large rain shower head. nice king size bed with very nice new bedding. Sauna in our room. Fridge, safe, very big. Nicely renovated everything was clean and very nice. Beautiful courtyard in the back if you want to relax outside and eat your breakfast. And the location is 10/10 right by the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps a bit farther to the Vatican and coliseum but we walked to those as well. Don’t hesitate to rent this place for your trip

Great spot and walking distance to everything. Went to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Colosseum all within 10-20 mins walk. Would recommend!

Thank you for my first stay on my Italy trip ! Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Accommodated my luggage so I could instantly into sightseeing upon my arrival. I stayed in the Vespa room which had the cutest charm. Wish I could have seen the other themed rooms. Will defiantly stay again on my next trip to Rome.

Great location, mostly very quiet. Short walks to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Coliseum. Nothing special in terms of linens, towels, bed was really stiff… Staff very helpful. If you stay in the “attic” the room and bath are spacious but there are two additional flights of stairs as the lift doesn’t go all the way to the top floor and there is a flight of stairs within the “apt”. We didn’t need the heat pump in early April, but you will have to make sure the skylight is closed by staff if you want to heat or cool the room.

Great spot and within walking distance to a lot of you understand the back roads in Rome. Very authentic. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tub to get hot, but otherwise great place. Expedia has breakfast included in the listing and that’s not true. Not the location’s fault, but don’t book this expecting breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very Roman feel to it.
