I love the location. It is a 7-minute walk to the colosseum. There are many restaurants in the street with good food and prices. The only thing is that the kitchen is shared with all the rooms.

Alberta the owner is an Angel. Wonderful lady, and so very helpful. It was conveniently located, clean, with plenty of delicious coffee. I highly recommend this, very good value.

Highly recommend - nice rennovated room, great location near near the colosseum - breakfast as described by others which is sufficient to have a coffee in the morning. I would stay here again.

Rent fint rum, gemensamt kök med 2 andra rum, där frukost bestående av kakor, kex marmelad mm ingick. Kaffemaskin finns. Lätt att komma i kontakt med ägaren via WhatsApp om man undrar över något. Smidigt incheckning när man får koder innan. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende.

We highly recommend this Hotel, great location a few steps of the Coliseum. Check in was easy. Very clean, conformable and personnel very friendly and helpful. Federico gave us good recommendations for our trip and always attentive to our queries. We felt safe walking at night, lots of options for eating and drinks.

L'appartement est très bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres du Colisée dans un quartier avec plein de Trattoria authentiques tres abordables. Nous avons été bien accueillis et la suite était propre et très confortable. Frederico nous avait déjà contacté au préalable pour tout nous expliquer et nous donner des conseils ce qui est appréciable.

Allt var väldigt bra. Enkel in och utcheckning, transfer från och till flygplatsen fungerade klanderfritt och också väldig bra instruktioner och snabb respons från Federico, på Felize B&B. Bra centralt läge mm. mm.

Wij verbeven in de kamer 'Chic' (de 'lila' kamer). Heeft n fijn bed, een goede douche en is heel schoon! Goede en snelle respons van de eigenaar. Op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Perfecte, rustig gelegen locatie in een mooi historisch pand. Het ontbijt is simpel en bestaat uit koekjes/cakejes, koffie/thee en pakjes vruchtensap. Ondanks dit, is deze B & B echt een aanrader!!

We stayed for 4 nights, family of 2 adults and one teen. We stayed in the suite which consists of 2 rooms, one room with a sofa bed, the other a large king size bed and a bathroom. The property is located in an apartment block, one apartment split in to 3 self contained apartments with a shared kitchen area/where you eat breakfast. The apartment is very safe and secure. The host messaged a week before arrival with entry details and messaged during the hols to see if all was ok. He was just a text away. The location for us was great, a ten minute walk to the colosseum and underground. There is a cafe next door and plenty of eating places/mini supermarket shops nearby. Overall this is an excellent find and if I was to come back to Rome I would definitely stay here.

Place near to bus station, metro and Colosseum. Clean, tidy. The owner is very attentive, answers quickly per WhatsApp. I wouldn’t recommend the place because it’s going to be full when I’m coming back next rime 😉

The B&B is very close by the Colosseum and other attractions. The room is as pictured and the host is very responsive. The is no fancy breakfast but there is coffee, tea, milk, breads and spreads. Both us and our kids had breakfast there. I recommend this place to those visiting the city.
