Really useful shuttle service to and from the centre of Florence which we used every day (just make sure you book). Free water replenished frequently in the room which was very welcome as it was over 35° when we were there! Small pool but never crowded when we were there. Easy to get the bus up to Fiesole or down to Florence if shuttle times don’t suit you (it’s right by the hotel entrance). Staff great but Nellie in particular was absolutely wonderful. It was nice to be close enough to Florence to go easily, but step away from the heat and bustle and just look out over it from the hotel.

This place was amazing in everyway possible, Aurora at the front desk was fantastic. She made sure our every need was attended to. She explained everything. The entire team of staff were amazing! The shuttle service was easy to schedule and the drivers were prompt, friendly and safe. This place is outside of the city center but is exactly what you need after being in the city all day. The views, oh the views. This is one hotel we will definitely come back to! Worth every penny!!

This a hotel on the up. You can feel the efforts made by all to raise customer service and experience. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures suggest but all round an excellent hotel. Will stay again.

Fabulously attentive staff. We stayed 3 nights while visiting Florence - I don’t remember all the names but stand outs include Aurora and Elizabeth and the nice lady at reception with the curly blonde hair! Also Alessandro the shuttle driver! Lovely breakfast and lovely views and comfortable bed and room. Easy access to/from Florence by booking their free shuttle or take bus with stop next to property. Appertifs and bar were a little expensive. A great and peaceful stay away from the crowds.

A wonderful hotel and helpful staff. The room was one-of-a-kind: large, high painted ceilings, balcony. Room 115. Dinner at Serrae was phenomenal. This is a must-do. Beyond anything I’d ever had before. The breakfast was thorough and better than most hotels. Service was five star from everyone.
