We appreciated the shuttle van back and forth from the airport for only 5 euros per person. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a bar and coffee machine in the lobby and fresh cold filtered water machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was huge for only 12 euros per person and they prepared your coffee as you requested. I had delicious caffe latte.

I had a wonderful stay at First Hotel Malpensa when I first arrived at and later departed from MXP. The staff was incredible helpful (front desk, waiters/waitresses, bus driver) and professional. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and good showers. I enjoyed dinner at the hotel, as well as breakfast (many choices, including fresh fruit). I recommend this First Hotel Malpensa.

It’s a nice hotel. It’s pretty easy to get to and from the train station, but it cost five dollars each way. But if you really need to get there in the next morning, you have to make plans in advance. Otherwise it’s not as timely. The room looks great and easy to find the shuttle. I would stay there again.

This is an excellent airport hotel. The shuttle runs through the night (a charge of €5, or €10 after 12.00 p.m.) We arrived late and collection by shuttle was easy with the pick up point clearly explained. Checkin was rapid and friendly and it was wonderful to walk into a very cool air-conditioned room and get into a comfortable bed. Although we booked the shuttle back to the airport early the next morning it had left without us even though we were on time. However, the driver immediately returned for us. The same driver was extremely helpful when we discovered there was a train strike on and he directed us to the bus to Como.

The employees were very helpful and the room was larger than an airport hotel usually is. There is an outdoor sitting area under canopies and drinks and pizza may be ordered at the bar. There is a convenient shuttle van from the airport as well. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent and very quiet.

The hotel was very convenient being so close to the airport. Also, take advantage of a meal in the restaurant. Dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. Room was clean, comfortable beds and I did not hear plane noise. High recommend. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast as our flight was too early in the day.
