Loved this location which allowed us to walk to/from the train station and to the major sites in Florence. Staff was wonderfully welcoming and attentive. You can tell that rooms are recently renovated and junior suite was comfortable size to share between two people.

The hotel is very clean although the room is a bit small. The best part of our stay is the service that is unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had. We also had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. The wait staff especially the waiter Moi were very attentive and nice. We feel really fortunate to choose this hotel.

The rooms exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival they did not have the room that we booked and upgraded us to a beautiful suite. We booked two rooms as we were two couples and they were both great. Plenty of room for everything, a rare thing in europe. Double shower great closet, And a close walk to everything. Congratulations and thank you.

Absolutely great property close to the train station. Totally new when we stayed there!!! Whole city is walkable so don’t get an Uber from train station like I did. It’s a five min walk to this great hotel!!! It was the nicest hotel we stayed in and had a decent size elevator and the breakfast was awesome!! Very impressed with this property and especially the location.
