We had no idea what to expect when travelling to Rome. The entrance to the suites is very understated however as soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the door and were helped with our bags. The check in process was very smooth and the staff was so helpful. The wifi was great. The room was very clean, well stocked with extra pillows and blankets, and the AC worked exceptionally well. There was a rain shower that worked gloriously after a day in the heat, exploring the sights. It’s a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini and about a 30 minute walk from the major sites including the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps. We walked back late at night and felt very safe.

밤늦게 도착했지만 친절하게 대해주셨고 캐리어도 들어주셔서 감사했습니다. 웰컴 와인도 주셨어요. 최고!! 남자직원분 너무 친절하고 유쾌했어요. 마지막날에 샤워를 하는데 머리 위에 있는 샤워기가 갑자기 머리 위로 떨어졌습니다. 다행히 다치지는 않았지만, 만약 발에 떨어졌다면 크게 다칠 수도 있었습니다. 테르미니역에서 걸어서 5분 콜로세움 걸어서 15분 항상 건강하시고 행복하실길 🙏

O quarto é confortável, bem cuidado e oferece exatamente o que se espera para uma estadia tranquila. A localização, a poucos minutos do Termini, é um grande diferencial para quem chega à cidade ou precisa se deslocar com facilidade. Apesar de estar em uma área central, o ambiente é surpreendentemente silencioso, garantindo boas noites de descanso. Se há algo que poderia evoluir, seria a entrada e a recepção, que ainda não refletem totalmente a qualidade do restante da experiência — e o próprio bairro se beneficiaria de um cuidado maior no entorno, o que deixaria tudo ainda mais agradável. Ainda assim, nada supera o impacto das pessoas. Ter alguém como a Adriana, sempre pronta a ajudar, atenciosa e genuinamente dedicada, faz toda a diferença e transforma a estadia em algo muito mais especial.

The Foffo Suites are an absolute gem! Emilya and her parents do wonders to make you feel at home. The room is cleaned daily and the breakfast is well worth the 7 Euro/person. We were within walking distance of most of the sights with the furthest being the Vatican City which is a little over an hour away on foot. Do yourself a favour, book Foffo Suites!

The room was well set up and very comfortable. We didn’t try breakfast because we left very early. Emilia was key because she kept in touch with us prior to our arrival and gave us a personal welcome.

The property is located only a few blocks from Roma Termini, which is quite convenient, is clean, has nice amenities (like a refrigerator in the room and great air conditioning). The hosts are quite pleasant and gave good recommendations for eating nearby. There is a private outdoor space that is quite nice and relatively quiet, given that you’re in the middle of Rome. Note that the information says that breakfast is available for a fee, but that is not the case - but again, hosts have good recommendations. My only concerns were that the WiFi went out on two different days, and I wasn’t sure what I needed to do to checkout (and I messaged the hosts through the app the day before but received no response). They have left a phone number at the front desk to call for questions or concerns but my international cell plan doesn’t allow calls and the hosts are not on WhatsApp.

泊まった時に、たまたまWi-Fiが動かなくなったので、繋げないと言われそのまま部屋に入ると、部屋の構造上電波が届かないようになっていたため、部屋での調べ物やSNSが使用できなくなり不便だった。
