Four Seasons above Lago di Como

1. No smoking – There is to be no smoking in the apartment or in the front yard or in the basement garage at any time. The complex is a smoke free area. A cleaning fee of €200 applies to non-compliance.

2. Occupancy numbers – There will be no more than 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 to 18 on the premises at any time (staying or visiting) unless prior arrangement has been made with the host. The apartment / complex is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. It should be said that this disallows parties or events or video productions.

3. No Pets – There are to be no pets allowed unless prior arrangement has been made with the host.

4. Household Rubbish – All household rubbish is to be disposed of in the various locations provided by the commune within Taceno. These are generally no further away than 200-250m from the apartment and it is suggested that a drop every second day will be more than enough to meet guest needs. Standard rubbish and recycling practices apply.

5. Additional Cleaning Fee – The apartment and associated grounds are to be left clean. Should we find additional rubbish, receptacles, tins, containers, boxes, packaging or the like, an additional fee may be charged based on the circumstance.

6. Check Out – The check out time for the apartment is 10am.

7. Late Check Out (Please read carefully) – A late check out fee of €70 will apply for the first 30 minutes after the set check out time. A fee of one full day (without discount) will be applied thereafter and for each additional day the apartment is not vacated. It should be noted that this is NOT to be taken as an extension of the stay, but a penalty for the damages caused to the incoming guests and/or cleaners.

8. Contact Information – The guest is to provide a valid, working mobile telephone number.

9. Undeclared Guests – All individual guests staying in the apartment will need to be registered with the host.

10. Quite Time – A quite time between 10pm and 8am will need to be adhered to by all guests. Please read condition 15.

11. Notification of Breakage – All breakages are to be notified to the host as soon as practical.

12. Permission to Enter – The guest gives permission to the host or his appointed agent to enter the apartment to attend to any issue related to the guest’s stay, including maintenance, etc.

13. Lock Door on Check Out – Please ensure that the door is locked when leaving the apartment.

14. No Third-Party Booking – All guests are to be named and associated with the guest making the booking.

15. Booking ID – The guest booking the apartment will be required to provide valid identification documents for all guests staying at the apartment. This is a legal requirement in Italy. This is a requirement to be fulfilled 3 days before the start of stay. The host reserves the right to cancel the booking if this cannot be complied with.

16. Shoes Off – All guests are asked to remove all shoes while in the apartment.

17. Bio-hazards – There will be an additional fee charged for the cleaning of all bio-hazards that contaminate the apartment.

18. Self-Check-In – This apartment is a self-check-in stay. Please read all the “How To” information provided before contacting the host.

19. Items Left Behind – The host is not liable for the return or replacement of any item left behind at the apartment. All efforts will be made to secure these, if found. The host will enter into arrangements for their return.
