I stayed here because i had work commitments. The location is ideal. Staff are professional, polite and extremely friendly. Thank you for being so accommodating. Rooms are spacious, with high quality finishes and stunning views. There were no issues with the food coming on time and my requests were met professionally.

One of the most fascinating, picturesque, and stunning hotels i had the opportunity to stay at. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly, they served delicious food in the restaurant, it was in a great location, with an amazing view from the balcony. I appreciate you having stayed here for supper on new years eve!.

We are very happy we chose to stay at the galleria vik italiano for our first visit to italy. We were able to check in early. It is in an ideal location, next to the duomo and restaurants and iconic sites are nearby. From checkin to checkout, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The individual art in the rooms is appreciated. I gave the room four stars because some things inside seemed antiquated (but i cant really blame a longstanding building). The free continental breakfast was perfect, filling, and well displayed. Grace deserves special recognition, she made us feel at home when we were there. Also thank you to all the employees we have encountered (one lady called ten minutes to reserve supper for us). If we return to mali, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is truly amazing! Despite my initial reservations after reading a few reviews, this was unquestionably the best hotel we stayed at, even compared to other larger fivestar hotels. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Its incredibly unique, hip, stylish, modern, or quirky rooms! I was able to conduct numerous online work meetings from both the room and in the restaurant area thanks to the excellent wifi connection. Although the breakfast menu is modest, it is of very high quality!.

My wife and i went to the hotel last year. We had a great time there, but we did note two areas for improvement. The room was tinier than we had anticipated, and we would have liked if there had been fewer lights and larger mirrors in the room. Now that we are here, we noticed that our room has an additional lamp and large mirror. Both times, it was room 207 where we stayed. I really appreciate how much the management pays attention to what the guests think. This wonderful hotel is where our family and will undoubtedly return.

I have stayed in 5 of the best rooms ive ever remained in. The service was excellent. Superior finishes and bedding. Excellent location by duomo but also very quiet. It was wonderful to have an additional surprise to find a balcony. Breakfast is included.

The hotel is in a very good location, the low building in the picture is the location of the hotel. If you dont need this location and you need t have i balcony, you can choose another hotel or not. The breakfast is really delicious! Overall evaluations should be made by local thieves who ignore it.

The location is excellent, right next to the galleria center, and they gave us a free upgrade because we didnt like the room. The closet and bathroom are nice. Breakfast had savoring views of the galeria. However, there is some nudity in the lobby. Cons the hotel is very small given that it is rated 5 stars. When we ordered dinner from room service, they charged us 10 euros to be delivered to our room! Which i found absurd.

Our stay was wonderful and we would consider staying here again the next time we visit rome. The location is excellent. Our room faced the galleria. For this kind of hotel, one negative or rather suggestion for the personnel is to take action with the mold in the shower or bathtub. However, id like to rate them five stars for their excellent amenities and service! Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and accommodating, including the front desk, who assisted us with checkin (she wore glasses). She went above and beyond by providing recommendations for restaurants and activities, as well as making reservations for us. Breakfast was excellent! And guests in reception were all grateful for complimentary water bottles, water, coke, etc. In addition, the complimentary minibar, which includes water and cokes, and other amenities, was also very appreciated!.

The hotel is well situated. Everything is at my fingertips. As a solo woman traveling, I felt secure and everything was close by. For breakfast, it was fantastic, with plenty of fruit, jams, cheeses, and a hot menu. At breakfast, grace in the restaurant was so welcoming, and the front desk staff was wonderful. I stayed in room 509, which was, to put it mildly, wonderful! The room was enormous and I was upgraded! The hotel is distinctive and weird, but it is also spotless and adorable! The atmosphere is excellent. There are several things to do. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fruit, pies, juices, cheeses, and a hot menu.

I will be back here to stay at the hotel. I come from thailand and always travel to milwaukee for the holidays, this is my first time trying their restaurant, very nice location and food is good. The girl recommended me a great wine la piu belle rose very good wine! She treated me well and felt like i was at home.

We had a night cap at the hotels restaurant and bar, and they provided excellent service. Grace and ryan were both excellent and made sure we had an enjoyable evening. They also gave us recommendations for places to visit in milan because it was our first time. We will undoubtedly return! - Rimina and jessa.

I reserved an overseas hotel for a friend. She was optimistic about this hotel in advance. The environment is excellent. Of course, the booking platform Ctrip is also excellent as well. Its comparatively cheaper than the local front desk because the price is very favorable.

This hotel offers 5star service in a prime location. The room is brand new and clean. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 11 am. During my fourday stay, my mother and i were treated with exceptional service by buket and grace, who made our first trip to italy flawless! Their professionalism and enthusiasm for their work are truly remarkable. I will definitely return.

I spent five days at the vi galleria, which included two separate rooms for my husband and two sons. I have nothing but praise to say. The staff and manager go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, they are polite and respectful, and they strive to exceed your expectations. Although the rooms were very spacious and clean, the artwork adds a unique touch. Breakfast was excellent and served in incredibly beautiful rooms. Hotels have been my choice throughout the world! And i cant recall ever leaving if ive left feeling so happy and eager to go back. It was conveniently located near many of our sightseeing excursions, making it an ideal location for me to visit both vincent and mallorm! Jackie.

The room was stylish and comfortable. The location is great and the service is excellent. Breakfast was included in the price of the stay and restaurant staff were exceptional. I was greeted every day and they quickly learned my preferences for food and drink. Grace was very professional as a server and went above and beyond to make sure my meals were just right.
