We went to Milan from Rome for a weekend holiday, we were four, and we reserved two rooms. The morning receptionist was not very friendly and had to remind us always to leave the key when we leave the hotel, which was not a request but sounds like instruction. We tried to converse in Italian because we have lived in Rome for more than five years and are obviously fluent in Italian. But that's fine. We were requested for our personal ID, and we provided them with our documents. All was fine. One night, around 1. I. I. I had to jump off my bed to see who was it, it was the police, and we were awakened to be asked for documents while we had already submitted them through checkin. We had spoken to them, but there was no reason why we were randomly checked. Take note that we were granted a long-term permit in Italy and were legally living and working here. Never been checked! To believe they could simply search our name in the system and without a needing to check! At the end, they had mistaken us and wanted to find another person. I mean, the receptionist could have given them the correct room number, right? What a hassle! The stay wasnt really enjoyable. The hotel staff could have called us on the phone and woke us up like random criminals. This place is not a recommended

We have two accommodations, and we were four people. For a weekend break, my companions and I travelled to Milan from Rome for a weekend break. Because we have been living in Rome for over five years, we are able to communicate in Italian so we made an effort to communicate. The morning receptionist wasnt very hospitable and constantly reminded us to always leave the key when we leave the hotel, which was not a request but more of an instruction. We tried to converse in italy because the receptionist was not genuinely friendly. But that's fine. We were requested for a personal id, and we provided them with our documentation. Everything seemed fine. And late at night, around midnight, we got a loud knocking on our door, where they asked for documents when we had already submitted them during checkin. We spoke with them, but there was no explanation why we were randomly checked. Take note that we had a long-term permit in Italy and were legally located and employed here. Never been scrutinized! To think that they could easily search our names in the system without a costly search! At the conclusion, they had mistaken us and were looking for someone else. I mean, the receptionist could have given them the correct room number, right? What a hassle! The stay wasnt particularly pleasant. Instead of getting woken up like random criminals

Overall, this is a decent value for money staying close to the center. It's simple to get around with simple access, a convenient position close enough to the central area, and lots of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel's images appear to be dated, so I was pleased to find that my room was newly decorated and very dated. The bed is a little harder than I like, but the room is spacious, has good wifi, and has strong air conditioning. Breakfast is delicious.
