Das Mittagessen war meiner Meinung für 25€ pro Person etwas zu teuer für die kleine Portion, Frühstück war ok , könnten etwas andere Brötchen noch dazu nehmen

Wir waren eine Nacht zur Durchreise im Garda Family House. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist recht alt, aber es ist sehr sauber. Gerne wieder!

Clean and neat location in a seminary school. We were fortunate to have a wonderfully located room with a balcony that looked onto the lake. Overall, it was a great value and I would definitely stay agian and recommend it to others. The one negative was that, while they have private parking, it was not free, and we only learned that they charge an additional fee for parking, along with the city tax, when we checked out.

Let me do the good first: the location, staff, and stay were wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. We had a bit of a frustration with locating the property, and communication could be improved. We booked through VRBO, and this was my first time. The booking did not make clear to me that this was actually like a hotel. For all I knew, I thought it might be a room in someone's house. The property is called Garda Family House. On the VRBO map, it says Castelleto, and the address given (while, apparently accurate) when typed into Google Maps sent us to Torri del Benaco near Hotel del Porto which is 10 km away. We asked for directions multiple times, and people kept having the same experience and telling us we were in the right place when we were not. Prior to leaving, I sent messages to the property on June 2, June 3, July 25, and twice on July 26, and I received no response. We had no idea how to access the property, and not even a phone number. We did, however, have an address that even with the help of other, and Google Maps, we could not find. We searched for the property for about 3 1/2 hours, and finally, a local resident found a number to call and gave us more specific directions using landmarks. At this point, it was near 10 pm and we decided to eat before making a final attempt to find the property. When we arrived, we saw a sign from the main road, next to a church, that said "Garda Family House." Finally arriving, it was now 11:20 pm, and we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 20 Euro for "late check-in". I explained our frustration with not being able to find the property and their failure to communicate with us despite our attempts, and they told us the failure was with VRBO. They expected we would go to their own website - which I did not know existed. The hyperlink to the Garda Family House should be on the VRBO site. VRBO will not, however, let me post it - inexplicably. But, if you type "garda family house" (but remove the spaces and add .it to the end of your entry) into your browser, you should be able to access the property's homepage on the web, which would have eliminated the confusion and the added expense and frustration. Now, the next morning, we woke up to the loveliest view in that part of the world. We had the loveliest breakfast on the terrace. We retrieved our car parked in the lot across the street. And, we had the loveliest visit with the staff. I unreservedly recommend this property.

Erittäin iloinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Hotelli oli todella siisti ja huoneesta kaunis näköala järvelle. Auton sai mutkattomasti hotellin ilmaiseen parkkiin. Aamupala oli ihan ok, mutta ei sisältänyt juurikaan erilaisia vaihtoehtoja. Hotellin lähistöllä vain muutama ravintola rannassa ja ne illalla ihan täynnä, joten jos haluat niihin syömään niin aikaisin sitten vaan liikkeelle. Veneen vuokraus hotellin edestä rannasta oli todella helppoa.

Es ist ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt von 3 Nächsten gewesen in der Vorsaison. Die Toilettenspülung auf Zi 308 schloss den Durchlauf nur nach mehreren Versuchen nach einer Toilettennutzung. Ich muß mich allerdings an meiner Nase zupfen, denn ich habe bei der Abreise vergessen darauf aufmerksam zu machen. Evtl. wird der Kommentar hierzu beitragen den Umstand abzustellen. Aber dies steht meiner Vormerkung für ein 'Nächstesmal' nicht im Wege. In der Saison ist sicher deutlich mehr Belegung und ggf. auch entsprechend mehr Trubel. Zu meinem Aufenthalt war auch die Ruhe ein sehr angenehmer Fakt.

Прекрасный, красивый отель. Номер чистый, просторный, с балконом на 3 этаже с потрясающим видом на озеро! Очень удобно наличие парковки. Неплохой ужин, брали полупансион.

Sehr schönes Hotel, waren schon im März hier. Hatten dieses mal 7 Tage gebucht, haben um 3 Tage verlängert. Der größte Pluspunkt ist, kein Fernseher auf den Zimmern. Ganz tolles Team, kein Stress.
