Me and my wife stayed 3 nights in Rome to visit Rome. Rome weather is excellent in May, I dont know why August and July are the peak tourist months. We were the only guests, and we had a room on the third floor below the sloping roof. The marble slab staircase and stone tile hallway were stunning. We had a good size room, a large comfortable double bed, some kitchen facilities, and a shared bathroom. The satellite channel had 100 Italian channels. The owners were friendly. The lady spoke a few words of English, but her husband was a little better with it. Watch the sloping ceiling in the thirdfloor bedroom. You are bound to bump into your head at least a dozen times. The internet signal on the third floor was weak, and I occasionally went down one floor in the hallway to get better signal. Placing the router with an antenna on the second floor would probably fix it. Parking is on the street and not on the premises. But it was no problem finding street parking. After enduring the super congested traffic, there was no parking spot in this commercial parking lot. As others do, I suggest you drive the bus to the Pro Metro station and park the car there. I was traveling to Rome several times and found this place yesterday. The garden is beautiful and the view is even better. You should have food and drinks if you want because we didn't find any open places. It is also very romantic for couples. The location is very magical. I love having a picnic with my friends for the afternoon.

Für uns war die Ruhe in diesem Haus nach dem sightseeing in Rom sehr erholsam. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus mit der Buslinie 906 zur Metrostation "Vale Aurelia" fahren, von dort mit der Metro ins Zentrum.

Nice people nice area. Too far from the city. Not enough transportation. In a so called shared kitchen except for a refrigerator and a microwave nothing to provide for preparing your own food. No shops around the supermarket too far to walk. Not recommended for people w/o a car

Dingy facility with dirty rooms and was overpriced in a far-flung suburb of Rome. It was like home for the displaced! Worse, on arrival at 9.30pm, the Manager/Owner slammed €50 penalty on me for late arrival, claiming it was a condition for his facility, and insisted on collecting the money before could check in or I forfeit my 2-day non refundable! Meanwhile, I had called about 7.00pm to inform him about my arrival at FCO Airport, so that he confirms my availability for checkin, after attending some meetings in Rome, before making my way to the hotel! It was a barefaced extortion!

Heel onvriendelijk , muffe kamer , geen confort , geen tv , veel geld voor heel weinig confort . Wij hebben beslist om ergens anders te overnachten , schandalig dat zoiets op Hotel.com staat !!!
