Nossa hospedagem em Roma foi ótima no Gioberti Art. A localização era perfeita ao lado da Estação Termini, ponto de chegada e saída para muitos lugares da Itália. Em termos da localização fica apenas o ponto negativo em relação à rua do lado do hotel, onde ficavam usuários de drogas e imigrantes problemáticos, promovendo alguma sensação de medo e incerteza, apesar de haver algum policiamento. No mais, o café da manhã era muito bom, o quarto muito confortável, com ar-condicionado central e amenidades perfeitas. Recomendo este hotel.

The check in/front desk staff were all courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The only inconvenience was the street noise that lasted until the late hours making it a bit difficult to sleep. The upside was the proximity of the hotel to the train station which made traveling easier. Also, the historical center is walkable distance of approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Sehr zentral gelegen am Bahnhof mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Kein Lärm in den Zimmern zu hören. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

The room was very clean and spacious. A very walkable neighborhood and was close to the Rome Termini station as well as the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus stops. We were advised not to be out after 10pm due to the darker side of the neighborhood being more present in the evenings. We were able to take the train from the airport and only have to walk a block to the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the room kept everything replenished and cleaned up after the diners had left. Scrambled eggs, sausage (wieners), cold cuts, cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit and breads were a very nice bonus to the comfortable room provided. Front desk staff were able to come to give directions on how to properly use the shower.

Excelente ubicación a una calle de la estación Termini (en esta estación se puede abordar metro, tren o autobús para moverse por toda la ciudad). En las calles de alrededor hay muchos inmigrantes y gente en condición de calle pero no molestan a los turistas y además por la cercanía a la estación, siempre hay patrullas de policía y ejército fijas en la zona, así que es bastante seguro. Las instalaciones son buenas, habitación limpia y el personal muy atento, el único inconveniente es que por las mañanas no se tenía agua caliente en la regadera, cuando mucho llegaba a tibia.

To activate the lights your key card goes in the slot on the wall. lol. Air conditioning is a set schedule so if you’re not on the scheduled time look up the store that sells fans you can get one for 20 euro. Wait staff very helpful and pleasant. Would fully recommend.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I broke my foot while staying at this hotel. The staff has gone above and beyond to assist me. Between the hospital and calling around to several pharmacies to find my walking boot they have made this trying time a little easier to go through.
