Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la demi pension était très bonne vin et eau inclus jusqu'au 15 septembre. La piscine intérieure est agréable. Pensez a prendre votre bonnet de bain qui est obligatoire, si besoin il est fourni sur place pour 2 eur. En ce qui nous concerne un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, personale gentile e preparato, le 2 receptionist (Sabrina e l'altra di cui non ricordo il nome) sono state gentili, educate e disponibili. La cena era buona e abbondante, la camera pulita e spaziosa. Se dovessi cambiare qualcosa, metterei delle brocche a tavola in modo da non doversi sempre alzare per le bevande (self service alla spina, birra e vino compresi). La posizione è davvero top e il parcheggio grandissimo. Consigliatissimo.

tutto perfetto posizione (davanti agli impianti di risalita) accoglienza pulizia cibo animazione camere animazione l'unico piccolo neo se proprio vogliamo è l'acqua della piscina un pò troppo fredda..consiglio vivamente questo hotel e se torno a Folgaria torno di sicuro qui..

Good things, it has a lovely pool area, changing rooms, and water is a nice temperature. There is a small club where there is a convenient parking lot. My son wasn't using it, but we borrowed some ping pong paddles and the staff seemed welcoming and engaged. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. But, there was a kitchen, but no pots, pans, or forks were provided. Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and better than I anticipated after reading some reviews. We sat down for dinner and had plenty of choices, including for kids. There isn't anything on the website or in the booking confirmation stating that slippers and swim cap were necessary for the pool and those who didn't bring them, they were required to pay eur 5 and eur 2 extra, respectively. Annoying to be charged, but I would have been fine with it if I had been told in advance. A wifi facility was advertised in the booking confirmation. I apologized a bit about this. However, I find it really unusual that not every room in a fourstar hotel charging a few hundred per night had wifi in every room. Although everyone was waiting outside as they open the entrance of the dining room at 730, making for a mass rush to the buffet, which causes enormous stress and a rush. The hotel provides no good value for money. It is actually a mediocre and not a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, directly across from the ski lifts, ski ticket receptionist, and ski school office. The first day, they were late and check-in was for an hour, and the room was damp with a strong chlorine odor. The room was large and clean, but the upper flour had a broken fence. The beds were hard, exactly how I like it, but you needed three pillows to provide minimum neck support. We had a kitchen, but we had no dishes or glasses. WiFi is a disaster because it is only close to the reception and the real data traffic you can experience after midnight. The majority of the staff is reserved except a few gracious individuals. The ski room is dirty, smelly, and ruined. The boots can't be dried there. The garage is actually very large and empty. The hotel is in need of extensive repairs and renovations soon. When it comes to food, you won't feel hungry, but it is disappointing. Poor breakfast and some dinners were disgusting. One evening, they skipped serving one meal, but instead offering extra desert. We have accepted and then they have brought desert twice, but each time only half of the cake. Unbelievable. Most of the staff speaks only Italian. The tap water is great, but you cannot get it

This place is located on the edge of Costa Snow slopes and it has a good position, thanks to the hospitality provided by the reception staff, the restaurant, and the animation team, which kept the kid on his toes engaged and arranged exciting evenings for the adults. In terms of room quality, breakfast is also good. I appreciate all the staff for the hospitality of the golf hotel guests.

The condition of the hotel is nice, close to the slopes. But they give us a clean room. They have an animation team named Christian and Blotto as well. The breakfast choices can be better but it's not bad either.

In winter, they offer a 5 2 night free offer, and you shouldn't let the four stars fool you because it isn't a four-star hotel. The spa and swimming pool are both nice and at a prime position at 100 meters from the ski lift, which is typical Tyler building. Although there is an apres ski event with a performer and his piano, there is no apres ski disco, obviously. Although it is a sizable hotel, I have never seen many people there, and we constantly wondered about the location of the other guests. We will undoubtedly return to this hotel.

Posizione dell'hotel invidiabile di fronte alle piste da sci. L'arredamento ed il bagno avrebbero bisogno di essere un po' sistemati, soprattutto i materassi. Una cosa soggettiva è che l'acqua della piscina a mio parere è un po' troppo fredda.

Hotel davvero carino, camere piccole ma pulitissime e con arredamento tipico. Unica nota dolente il letto, leggermente scomodo. Frigo bar non rifornito, ma l'hotel è dotato di un bar aperto tutti i giorni, anche la sera, con un personale delizioso. Prezzi ancora più bassi che a Milano. Parcheggio molto ampio.

Wir haben in einem sehr schönen ,sauberen und komfortablen Zimmer übernachtet.Das Personal war freundlich und sprach deutsch.Das Bad war modern eingerichtet.Wir hatten Halbpension und können das Frühstück und vor allem das Abendessen(4 Gänge) nur sehr loben.Es gab Früh Würstchen,Wurst,Käse,Tomaten,frisches Obst,frisch gebackene Croissant,verschiedene Kuchen u.v.m..Was uns nicht gemundet hat, war der Kaffee zum Frühstück.Schade ist auch,daß es nur an der Rezeption wlan( 4€ am Tag)gab und keinen deutschen TV Sender.Das Hotel liegt abgelegen,man kann gut wandern,golfen und Wintersport treiben.

Cercavamo una struttura per trascorrere alcuni giorni sull'Altopiano e l'offerta del Golf hotel ci sembrava adatta, un pò fuori dal nostro budget ma grazie al programma fedeltà con l'utilizzo di alcune notti e il fatto di poter godere del trattamento di mezza pensione,il prezzo proposto diventava alla nostra portata. Sinceramente dopo alcuni anni di vacanze fatte in appartamento non vedevamo l'ora di trascorrere finalmente delle vacanze rilassanti in Hotel senza dover pensare ai letti da rifare e ai piatti da lavare o alla colazione e la cena da organizzare. Inoltre i servizi come la piscina, la spa e il parcheggio il loco gratuito e comodo ci hanno convinto che quella era la scelta migliore. Purtroppo nonostante la nostra camera fosse molto spaziosa la pulizia era di fatto molto superficiale se non inesistente! C'è da rivedere assolutamente il personale preposto e le attrezzature perchè con la scopa e la paletta non si fanno certo pulizie approfondite! inoltre i letti sono da rivedere assolutamente! il mio materasso era SFONDATO e anche se ho richiesto il cambio nessuno se ne è curato! Un buon RIPOSO e una pulizia accurata è il minimo che si possa richiedere da un 4 STELLE. Per il servizio colazione e cena non mi pronuncio perchè ognuno ha gusti diversi,io sarei per la qualità a scapito della quantità ma non tutti la pensiamo alla stessa maniera. La piscina andrebbe riscaldata di più ma conoscendo la situazione energetica attuale possiamo anche lasciarla passare. Mai più
