Gerne – hier eine begeisterte, authentische 5-Sterne-Rezension: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Sterne Unser Aufenthalt im Palladium Hotel Resort in Campofelice di Roccella war einfach fantastisch! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, sehr sauber und bietet eine traumhafte Atmosphäre zum Entspannen und Geniessen. Die Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und werden täglich tadellos gereinigt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, an der Bar oder im Housekeeping – überall wurden wir mit einem Lächeln empfangen und hervorragend betreut. Das Essen verdient ein ganz besonderes Lob. Die Auswahl war riesig, die Qualität ausgezeichnet und jeden Tag gab es neue kulinarische Highlights. Von typisch sizilianischen Spezialitäten bis hin zu internationalen Gerichten war alles dabei. Einfach wow! Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind hervorragend. Die gesamte Anlage lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet für Familien, Paare und Erholungssuchende gleichermassen perfekte Bedingungen. Die Animation war abwechslungsreich, professionell und dennoch nie aufdringlich. Tagsüber wie auch am Abend wurde ein tolles Programm geboten. Kurz gesagt: Wow, wow, wow! Ein wunderschönes Resort, hervorragender Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen und eine traumhafte Lage. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

This is a good all inclusive hotel. The food was good and service by food and bar staff were excellent. Reception weren’t overly helpful during stay. This was my first all inclusive and I have nothing to compare it to, but I can compare to hotels in general and I’d say it’s great for families, food and sunshine.

We loved everything about the resort, the grounds, the pool areas, the dining options. Great location and definitely catch the shuttle to Cefalu which the hotel runs in the morning and afternoon, only 25 min bus ride.

We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to be back! It’s a little inconvenient for transportation but they partner with someone who does transfers to the train station (€10) and a shuttle to Cefalu for €5 per person. The shuttle was fantastic and it was nice to visit Cefalu.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold her på vår rundtur i Italia. Et lite stykke fra flyplass + en togstreik, så ble litt styr med transport. Men her var hotellet ekstremt behjelpelige- de lot oss ta taxi til togstasjonen selv om det var streik for at vi skulle se om toget gikk. Når toget ikke gikk fikk vi tur tilbake til hotellet igjen gratis og deretter ordnet de en ny taxi til flyplassen for en god pris. Ellers var alle ansatte svært behjelpelige. De informerte oss om alt av fasiliteter. Restaurantene hadde nydelig mat- spesielt a la carte restaurantene. De hadde mye på all inclusive menyene i tillegg til et utvalg av premium retter og drikke som kostet ekstra. Vi er svært opptatt av god mat og drikke og spedde på litt ekstra- som vi ikke angrer i det hele tatt på. Vi fikk T-bone steak på Eldorado, hummer, østers og kongereker på Portofino og en ekstremt god sushi, pad thai og crispy duck på Chang Thai.

Amazing time! I honestly loved the bungalows we stayed in, felt like a high end experience even though the signature stay is a better experience but we truly loved our room and the staff was so nice and the buffet was amazing didn't really need to experience the other restaurants and the bar in the lobby was amazing

We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall a lovely hotel.

The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.

All was fine - rooms, food and etc. The only downside was staff in lobby - sitting outside in the evening very slow service, does not pay attention and walk pass you... Also gym has lots of cardio, but no benches, there are some dumbbells, bot no adjustable bench, no barbell bench
