For the price you pay it’s a steal. Host is extremely helpful and always gets back to questions/messages very quickly. Had a slight issue with online check in but again, the host was able to sort it for us and also sent clear step by step instructions on how to access the property and pick up/drop off the keys. Roughly a 10 minute walk into the centre too so very accessible.

Location was perfect, 500 meters from the train and bus stations. A mid rise living across the street from the port. In the business district with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. Walking distance to the city center. Host was hospitable and helpful.

Sehr gute Lage. 100% weiterempfehlen.

We had a reservation at Cagliari budget rooms in October, but we have not received any advance payment or refund. The hotel requested payment for the entire reservation and made a charge for it. We decided to cancel the reservation, but the hotel declined to take any action. When making a claim to cancel and claiming to have been given the confirmation, they received back the money from us for the booking itself. The surprise was that the hotel returned the money the following day. We have yet to hear the confirmation. Avoid booking with this hotel if you don't want to take the cash. In October, we made a reservation in budget accommodations in Cagliari with free cancellation and without advance payment through booking. When we made a reservation for a budget room, the hotel charged us a full payment upfront. When reserving and demanding the reservation, they gave us the money the previous day. Another claim and we are waiting for the refund. If you don't want to take the money, avoid booking with this hotel. The hotel cobra to anticipate the booking. The hotel cancels the reservation and cancels the reservation. When making a reservation, we devolve the dinero to the proper reservation. The hotel claimed that the prior day had run out of diners.

The room was very nice but the town of Cagliari was very unsettling.
