The property was pristine and exceeded our expectations.

There are plenty of flat roofs around. Even though we only observed one occasion, the two bedrooms are superbly separated from the main room by adequate cabinets and shelves. There is a plug wherever you need it, and the wifi is fast. The beds are really comfortable. We didn't like the espresso machines, but the kitchen is neatly planned. We had to experiment with the stocked segafredos to see which coffee we might enjoy best, instead of relying on previous experiences with other hapimags and our home because of the installed segafredos. The staff was extremely kind and helpful whenever it was possible. Our money worked out perfectly. We were able to enjoy several nice beach walks and get more comfortable using the sand at home because of how close we were to the beautiful shoreline. I did not mind driving 10 kilometers to the ferry terminal in the morning, and parking the car for 5 euros in a locked location was easy. After the tourist-filled visit to the Palazzo and Biennale, taking the ferry from Paris is a serene way to get there and back. If you get the huge ferryboat go up to the front of the first floor, we always had an outside seat with a wonderful view just below the captain's bridge. Overall excellent by hapimag and the added value of fantastic apartments. Possibly the greatest hapimag has to offer in that regard. In August 2022, we stayed here for one week, and the resort is wonderful. The entire structure is contemporary and well-kept. Excellent was the three-room comfort apartment, which had everything you needed. It is a very personal retreat. The beds are cozy, and everything is beautifully furnished. Two bathrooms, one for children and one for adults. Perfect. We sat in movies in two flat-screen tes usb chips. The pool is very nice, but it is not at the same depth. The gelato at the pool bar was excellent, costing 3 euros for two scoops, cone, or cup. Table tennis and table football were enjoyed, but unfortunately, there is no pool table-like scene or drum. Gardens are still fairly young, and hopefully, they will improve. The sea is shallow for about 100 meters. Although the beach is excellent, the waves are extremely entertaining to surf and ride over. The water was warm. Shame there are no motorized water fountains, because damning and drums are much better in this regard. There are no kayaks either. The restaurant staff was incredibly friendly. The Science Factory and Sea Life Aquarium tickets are better booked in advance, online, to avoid queues. For family tickets and senior discounts always ask for them. The resort is new construction in 2018. The apartments are comfortable, light, and wellequipped with a microwave and a dishwasher. The restaurant, bar, small shop, swimming pool, spa, playground, and many other activities for all ages. There is a long sandy beach just in front of the resort. The sea is shallow just right for children and lots of shells. The staff are bilingual and extremely helpful. To avoid crowds, always ask for family tickets and senior discounts.

This resort is very new, so we have to make a few alterations. The spacious area, located right on the sand and on the sea, offers everything you could want including a restaurant, an alimentary shop, pools, and an underground garage.

A great place for a family with kids. We stayed here with a big family of 21 people. This is our last stop. There are plenty of facilities, including modern houses and apartments. Beautiful gardens and beaches with free sun loungers.
