Loved the concept of the rental apartment and the keyless entry. Missed daily visits by cleaning staff but appreciated the water, coffee and snacks. Great location, rea price, friendly staff, easy check-in, super easy check-out.

Coming from our son’s wedding in Italy, a booking at a chain hotel was mistakenly cancelled, and since it was the weekend of the Grand Prix, everywhere was booked. We came upon this and with some trepidation, took a shot. I t exceeded all expectations - much closer to the Duomo then the chain hotel — a true Milan experience, with a balcony to people watch in a very safe part of town. I now refer to the mistaken cancellation as an “angel sighting” because this place was so much better! (This is Helen not Henry — my husband doesn’t buy into my angel sightings but loved it just as much as I did!)

街中にあるのに静かでとても便利な場所にあり最高でした。タオルなどもきれいで、シャワーもしっかりお湯も出て良かったです。強いて言うと、お部屋に飾ってある絵がちょっと不気味でした。後、3泊したのですが、途中お掃除が入った際にエスプレッソマシーンのフィルターを追加補充しておいていただけると良かったのになぁと思いました。

One bedroom apartment we stayed was unique and special. It was very spacious, super clean, and functional. It had a balcony that was very private and beautiful. The apartment building itself was a gem right in the middle of the city with tall, heavy entry doors and an elegant lift. Overall, If we ever come back to Milano, we know where we want to stay.

Upscale and charming apartment in the heart of the city. Cadorna station (to reach Malpensa) is 15 minutes away by foot. High ceilings, crown moldings, high-end furniture. Large size rooms.Comfortable bedding and pillows. Free bottles of water, supplies to make coffee/tea. Highly recommended!

位置非常好，离地铁站两百米，走路大概10分钟就可以走到米兰大教堂，20分钟走到市中心的公园，附近就是商业街，而且家乐福也很近。房间非常大，有一个客厅，一个卧室，中间是洗手间加浴室，电视上还有Netflix，房间的装饰是非常古典的装饰，总之住在里面感觉很不错，卧室的窗户对着后面的花园，晚上也很安静，空调也给力。唯一不好的就是厨房是在客厅里，但是我不做饭，因此也还好

観光、お買い物共に便利で、ほとんどが徒歩移動可能です。疲れた帰り道にはトラムやバス利用しましたが、最寄りの乗り場も近くて夜も助かりました。ブレラ絵画館の北にスーパーもありますし、毎週月曜日には近くでメルカートも開かれて食材を安く購入できますよ。

Posizione location ottima, arredi e spazi locali idem, dotazione armadio camera letto piccola x soggiorno long term, regolazione riscaldamento e clima non funzionale. Rumori provenienti al mattino presto e durante giorno da piano superiore non piacevoli .

Good: Beautiful apartment. Very nice rooms in a good location. Spacious. Bad: service was not good--we had to wait for 2 hours while being given contradictory instructions. There's no one there, and you have to email copies of your documents & credit card to another location and get a code to open door. The instructions were hard to follow. Not sure what would happen if your phone did not work in Italy. Check-in was stressful.

We didn't get to stay at the property we booked. We were put to another location as the original hotel is undergoing maintenance, as we were told. The hotel we got put up is near Duomo, and even though it is close to the heart of the centre, this is not what we expect. The room we got assigned was very small and not the open concept we like. It was upon complaint that we got moved to another room which offer a larger room size. The worst part is, on the day of our arrival, we were asked (via phone) to go to their office to pick up the "key". Then, we had to WALK with our luggages through town to the newly assigned hotel. With the inconvenience caused, they should have transported us and not make us WALK through the crowd for 10 mins. Then, the bathroom light was out for a couple of nights (Sat and Sun). No one came to replace the light bulb, as their reason was the shop was not open on Sunday for them to buy light bulb. I said, don't you have stock in the office? It was quite amazing that the light bulb was back On, on Monday morning. Still, taking shower in a dark bathroom was not convenient, to say the least. Even though the property is marketed as an apartment, yet, it is a Hotel arrangement. I don't expect the change of bed sheets or bathroom towel, but NO ONE came to clean the place throughout our 5 nights stay. Not likely to recommend to anyone who expect the basic requirement of a hotel.

Sono rimasta molto delusa. Intanto, non essendoci un servizio di portineria viene indicato un numero di cellulare da chiamare che è sempre staccato. Ho iniziato a prendere contatti 5 giorni prima del mio arrivo, sempre senza successo, finché ho dovuto far intervenire il servizio clienti di Expedia. Solo allora mi hanno risposto, indicandomi un altro numero di cellulare. Il giorno dell'arrivo ho chiamato per comunicare che sarei arrivata alle 14:30, per cui ci siamo accordati per trovarci a quell'orario. In realtà la persona che ho chiamato non si è presentata, per fortuna in loco c'era un suo giovane e gentile collega, che non sapeva nulla di me, anzi credeva che arrivassi alle 18.30 ed è riuscito a farmi accedere alla stanza per puro caso. Comunque la camera non era pronta e abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora nel cortile del palazzo in piedi al freddo prima che potessi accedere alla camera. L'appartamento era a piano terra, quindi con una temperatura ghiacciata. Non ci sono caloriferi e il riscaldamento viene fatto con l'inverter. Sono gelata tutta notte. Infine, col fatto che la stanza era a piano terra con affaccio su via Bporgonuovo tra le 5:30 e le 6 del mattino sono stata svegliata da lavaggio strade e scarico cassonetti. Rumori molesti, prolungati e molto fastidiosi. Dulcis in fundo il wi-fi non funziona in alcun modo. Insomma, mi ha molto deluso tutto, solo la posizione è davvero bella, ma nel servizio ci sarebbe moltissimo da fare per renderlo almeno sufficiente.

At first I thought it was a hotel but it turns out to be like an Airbnb kind of stay. No lobby or whatsoever, direction to the hotel was bad. And they did not give me the room I booked, and when I asked they say someone is staying inside??? Didn’t even bother to follow up the next day. Anyway I would not recommend this place
