This hotel was perfect for our family of 4 on our last night in Italy. The shuttle to airport was perfect. Runs every 15 minutes, takes 12 minutes.

the rooms are dated I believe and the color scheme is a bit weird, but very clean and quiet, no airport traffic heard when we went to bed early so that was nice. Plenty of towels and they provided all the shower and sink amenities from a name brand vendor so that was nice. Ate in the bar and food we had was was good and delivered quickly. The menu in the bar is a shorter version of what's served in the dining room we were told. Also very easy to get to the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle bus runs 24/7 and we needed to catch it at 4:30AM to make the first flight out. Shuttle is supposed to run every 15 minutes. Let's just say it's every 15 minutes +/- 10 minutes and you should plan on the late side. The shuttle was late for both our pickup and drop-off at the airport. However, it was easy to find the pick-up point at the airport so that was a plus.

The hotel was quieter than I expected. Since it was at the airport, I was worried about noise, but I never heard anything. The shuttle to the airport was the primary reason we stayed here, and it was easy to use and convenient. Staff were helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and supper, and it wasn't the best meal we had, but it was good. Luca was our waiter the first night, and we liked him and felt he gave us good service. The only two negatives were about the room doors. We had 2 rooms, and both rooms had door issues. One room had to slam the door to get it to close and the other had a door handle that was very loose. We could close the doors, and they did lock so it wasn't a safety issue, but they were a nuisance to deal with. The other issue was that we stayed for 2 nights, but our key card expired after one night. I went down to the desk the 2nd morning, and they gave us new cards and apologized for the mistake. Not a big deal and wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Best thing was the large and well-equipped bathrooms. Overall, a good hotel and pleasant experience.

Clean, nice-sized room and bathroom. Front desk is customer-service oriented. It did take a little longer to check in than I thought, but all was well. Did not use the restaurant or any other amenities except the very-convenient and free shuttle to the airport! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay if being near the FCO airport is your goal. Very good USA-style hotel. Free shuttle to/from airport. Long ride into Rome from hotel (1 hour) so plan accordingly Restaurant was good, crowded and noisy on the nights we were there, but it is the only real choice...

This is a convenient spot close to the airport. It has a restaurant, food to go, and laundry room. It doesn’t have a pool or hot tub. The staff was friendly, competent, and helpful.
