We were pleasantly surprised by our huge room for our 4 night stay. The room was clean and all expected amenities. The location was excellent and very close to the Cathedral. We would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location!!! Literally 1 minute walking distance from the Duomo, and a few minutes from Ponte Vechio. The property is clean and staff is helpful however the elevator does not work and you have to go up the stairs and carry your luggage (quite a few steps).

The location was perfect: so close to the Duomo and the Galleria dell’ Accademia and close to very delicious restaurants. Amazing gelato just across the street! It was quiet at night, spacious and updated. The bed was firmer than is my preference, but that was far outweighed by the effective air-conditioning that came in handy for hot afternoons!

Excellent experience at this hotel, thank you. Things we liked: - Clean room and bathroom - Air conditioning - Central location/easy walking distance, but tucked away so it didn’t feel crowded - The windows blocked out all street noise - Felt very safe with multiple doors on site Personal preference area for improvement: - Perhaps add an additional mirror in the main room so second guest can get ready while other uses the bathroom

Large comfortable room with high ceilings and updated bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is located near everything we wanted to see. Perhaps the only downside was the TV had a weird interface and the front entry is up one flight which was a little confusing at first arrival, but neither is an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would book again.

The hotel was clean and remarkably quiet. It’s just a few steps from the Duomo and an easy walk to museums. We stayed in a triple room which was fairly large. Staff were very helpful. Note that there is an elevator, but it does not go to the top floor on which two guest rooms are located. The air conditioning worked great!

The room did get a bit warm had to open the windows to get air in since the AC had a limit and was locked to make it cooler. Other than that the place was clean , comfortable bed and a great location. Walking distance to everything! Tbe staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
