Great staff, great location. Came early for the check in and they managed to give to us the room a bit earlier.

The place is beautiful and the location is great right next to the vaporetto. The staff was amazing for breakfast and front desk too. Will repeat.

It's not possible to write a more positive review for Al Ponte Mocenigo and its very marvellous and friendly staff who made for a wonderful stay. We've travelled to Venice on many occasions, but the experience of staying here was head and shoulders above the rest of the locations we've previously stayed at. It's an ideal setting within Santa Croce and within walking difference of Ferrovia Santa Lucia, wonderful local Venetian restaurants and bars, and tourist hotspots such as Rialto. It gives an authentic flavour of Venice that continues to make it a very special place for us. Breakfast was also fantastic and set us up beautifully for each day. The room was so traditionally Venetian, and extremely charming, quiet and peaceful. The comfortable beds gave us the best night's sleep we had across a two week trip travelling around Italy. Had we not planned and booked to move on to Florence, we would have asked to stay for at least another week with absolute certainty. But what sets this hotel apart from all the others we've stayed in was the kindliness, generosity and helpfulness of the staff, who made us feel very well looked after and completely at home for the entirety of our stay - including our 8-year old daughter, who was absolutely devastated to move on and begged us to stay longer! Thank you so much everyone for making our precious two days in Venice very memorable indeed - we can't wait to come back and stay with you again! Dan, Emily & Anoushka :)

Vi er strålende fornøyd med dette hotellet. Av flere grunner. Et gammelt, men utrolig sjarmerende hotell. Helt i stil med Venezia som by. Rommet var nydelig med to air condition-anlegg. Et i gangen og et på soverommet. Perfekt. God seng. God frokost i veldig sjarmerende omgivelser.. Beliggenhet, sjarm, pris osv. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

The location was perfect! Really close to the water bus stop and far enough away from the crowds of Saint Mark Square. The staff was nice and helpful. Great place to stay!!

Amazing stay! Right next to San Stae Vaporetto stop which was convenient to/from the airport. Rialto bridge was 10-15min walk and after 1-2 trips it was pretty easy to navigate through the city. Cold AC in the room was AMAZING during the heat wave. Highly recommend.
