This was an excellent hotel with a very courteous and helpful staff hotel was very convenient to multiple sites to see. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here!! The room was large, bright and happy. There was a lovely roof top patio with a peek a boo of the channel and a perfect little breakfast room that included eggs and bacon (and much more) which are options more difficult to find while you're out and about than you'd think. The staff was smiley and welcoming, and gently comical to make you so happy to have arrived. The only unfavorable comment I could mention would be that the doors would slam shut and was quite loud, rattling our room and occasionally waking us up. We would recommend The Alessandra for sure!!

This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed in. You are steps away from the Ponte Vecchio. The staff are the best. The hotel is spotless and the water pressure is fantastic. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Alessandra on our honeymoon. The staff were amazing and even recommended a great restaurant for dinner that was phenomenal. The hotel is unique and charming in itself and I appreciated how clean and well kept it was. I definitely recommend staying here. The location is amazing and walking distance to everything.

Accueil très professionnel et souriant. Beaucoup de conseils très précieux pour découvrir Florence et s'y restaurer. Chambre grande et très propre. Accès à l'hôtel en étages, par une trentaine de marches. Excellent petit-déjeuner avec des tartes nouvelles tous les jours.

Great location, room with river view was large and spacious (room 22). Stairs may be an issue, but not a dealbreaker. Monte at the front desk was the best.

The owner and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! One of the staff members, who has been working there for 39 years, initially greeted us, and was always warm, funny, and personable. The owner gave us daily visitor tips around Florence, and Siena and San Gimignano. These folks made the whole stay at this boutique hotel truly memorable. Highly Recommended!!
