My partner and I booked the Double room with a private bathroom and it was excellent, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. We were also able to leave our bags with reception until we could check in which was great

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was walkable feom the train station with small luggage. The room was beautiful. The bus stop is close by, walking distance was good as well.

Aline made us feel as if we were home. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and great with communication. They give amazing tips about navigating the city The location is amazing, walking distance front he terminal to The Academy, to the Doumo and much more. The room is clean, and very organized. Got even get a beautiful view out of your window. The bathroom is clean, you are supplied with toiletries and the towels are nice.

Nice place to stay in Florence. Close to everything by foot, which was a plus. Also close to the train station. It was a nice clean little room with a bathroom. Would recommend it !

This is a 1 star hotel in Firenze. I reserved a room with air conditioning and a private washroom . It was clean, modern renovation , very nice washroom. Above expectation for a 1 star in Italy . I attend the Pitti Uomo show and this hotel was ideally located and exactly if not better than advertised. No frills as expected and better.

Stopped here on an interrailing trip between Venice and Rome. Our train was delayed so emailed the hotel letting them know we would be late and the man on the front desk stayed past his home time to welcome us. Very nice stay.
