Arriving from the train station couldn’t be easier. Take the Grand Canal ferry (Furrova B) just outside the station to Rialto D stop. It is a quick 4 minute walk and you have arrived at a picturesque canal steps/corner. You are also a very quick walk to St Mark’s square. Perfect location. The door to enter the hotel is on the side of the building in a middle of a restaurant patio. Lovely stay, welcome gift, rooftop patio is a plus.

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Our room was very comfortable with an incredible view over a quiet canal. The location is great with easy access to major sites while still feeling quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a beautiful view of the canal from our window. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. It was close the Square and all the action. The only downfall was our room was on the top floor , and they don't have an elevator.

Short walk from the water taxi station and very close to St Marks square . Staff was extremely helpful. Our room was right on one of the side canals so we could hear the gondoliers going by and their singing and music . Lots of stairs to get to our room so we were glad we just brought carryons for our trip. Breakfast was delicious with quite a variety of options and was included in the price.

Upon arrival we were greeted eith warmth and welcome. Check in was easy, just some identification and city tax payment. Our room was ready early, so we didnt have to wait until official check in time to settle in. There is no elevator/lift. So climbing the stairs with luggage is a bit touch. But the lovely receptionist, Aurora, offered to have one of the porters bring the bags up to the room. That was very nice. The staff is kind and friendly and always had recommendations for food and entertainment. The location is ideally situated between St Marks square and the Rialto ferry stop- located by the rialto bridge. Would happily stay here again .

Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. Our bedroom was small but very comfy. We really enjoyed the canal view from our tiny balcony. It was great.

Great location. Room was nice, good size for Italy. Electric kettle in room with tea/coffee/biscuits. Shampoo /conditioner/shower gel in bathroom. View of a canal from the windows. Breakfast very basic but we got enough to keep us going. Would recommend to friends and family to stay here and would book this hotel again if I returned to Venice.

Property was clean and well maintained. There is no elevator. Very well located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our language after we checked out. That was very helpful since we had a train ride back to Milan in the evening. We enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evening and in the morning.
