Great familyowned hotel. In February 2022, we traveled as a family of four on a skiing vacation. We had two rooms which were cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. The cuisine was without a doubt one of the highlights. It was fantastic. You select from a set menu that changes every day. There are two themed dinners. And the wine list is excellent. Try the local wines from Treat e alto adage. There is a beautiful spa with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The hotel has a great area to leave your skies and boots, and the staff will drive you every day to the main ski liftgondola. They will also come and pick you up after your day of skiing. I would undoubtedly return here.

Our room 304 was lovely and contemporary with beautiful views, a balcony, and sun in the afternoon. A really comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The bar area is very pleasant and traditional, and a nice touch is that it provides free tea and biscuits in the afternoon. Once more, the restaurant is tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of cakes, breads, cereals, yogurts, etc. The complimentary hotel bus to the ski lift was a bonus in the morning. We hired a locker at the ski lift and left our skis in the heated lockers so we could have a few drinks on the way back. Miss bar was a great little find. Secluded on its own. Very friendly staff, happy to chat to a few brits. Room for improvement. Our first evening meal was a bit of a disaster. We were the only Brits in the hotel and found the group of Italians staying at the same time quite rude. They seized on the buffet and left very little most evenings. The main course was, unfortunately, a bit bland. However, the desserts were absolutely delicious, as were most of the starters, but the main courses were just ok. Sadly, the proprietor wasn't particularly engaging. Someone chatty at the bar in the evening would have made a big difference. The waiter and young lady at

The facilities in the rooms were excellent and spotless. The cuisine was the star of the show, with an extensive selection of evening meals cooked to a high standard. A fantastic selection of cereals and condiments for breakfast, and we eagerly anticipated our meals. The personnel was exceptionally accommodating, especially laisse? who was there when my son lost his phone and went out of their way to assist. The hotel had excellent ski storage, as was the shuttle service to the ski lifts. The Val di Massa is a lovely town with excellent bus service to other areas of the valley. The weather was fantastic. I went walking and skiing in the area.

The staff here were very helpful, especially during our week, they serve a special dinner, one served in traditional costume and another served in candlelight and delicious food.
