Great experience at this hotel! Room was spacious, stylish, well-designed. Staff was incredibly helpful without even asking. Location was convenient for sightseeing and near to train station. Definitely recommend this one.

What an excellent hotel ! I’ve stayed in some many but this one … was a highlight ! Beautiful , clean convenient location to everything ! Breakfast was great ! And now the Staff .. ! The driving force ! Alessio from the moment we checked in was great with suggestions ,like SIMONE 💪 great .! And then RUGGERO what can I say .. helped with arrangements, travel, tickets , car rentals great fantastici tutti ! The morning dining staff was also SUPERB ! 💪 MATTEO & DAVIDE and also Maria for the day we had her . Our room was always attended to in detail and clean Gracias Veronica ! They all deserve a raise 💶!!! Gregorio so nice and helpful and the gentleman from Bolzaneto I forgot his name unfortunately perhaps Aldo or Arnaldo ( you know who you are ) was helpful with travel suggestions and helped me with numerous family luggage/bags .. They made our stay/vacation memorable and fantastic ! My new home away from home ! A hidden gem ! Needless to say I’ll be back and can’t wait to stay there and enjoy my “new family “ in Genoa at the Astoria ! GRAZIE e TUTTI FANTASTICI !

This was a favorite hotel of our trip. Great location an easy walk from the train station. Super staff with great restaurant suggestions. Super nice amenities and a spacious and quiet room. The elevator is from 1901 and runs beautifully. Very nice breakfast on offer. Highly recommended.

Easy walk from the train station. Safe for a solo traveler. After a long day of travel, I was so grateful for the lovely shower and great soaps.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and well decorated. We really enjoyed the room and had a very nice, spacious bathroom. They even provided free waters, sodas, and snacks. Great location for access to the train station. A bit of a walk to the old town, but all walkable.

Very comfortable rooms and beds (two different types/heights of pillows was a plus for me because I have neck problems),
