Great location, great room, great staff. Louder area near by due to some lively night life on the street but it was not a bother to us. Would recommend to anyone staying in the city, everything you want to do is within 15 minute walk.

Close to everything. All walking distance. Nice size room and bathroom. Great shower with loads of hot water and water pressure. Beautiful old building, but with it, no elevator. Lots of stairs to get to rooms. That is truly the only negative issue.

일단 정말 예쁩니다. 여기가 1500년 전에 지어진 건물이라니. 사장님의 이야기를 들으면서 놀라고. 그 품위가 느껴집니다. 가구하나하나가 정말 예쁘고 뭐하나 함부로 할 수 없습니다. 조식은 딱히 없지만 오전에 커피를 마실 수 있습니다 이또한 좋았습니다. 그리고 가장 좋은 것 위치가 예술입니다. 완만하면 모두 도보로 가능합니다. 역도 관광지도... 욕실도 좋고 난방도 잘 되어 있습니다. 강추

Such a cute hotel. Literally in the middle of EVERYTHING. You can walk out, make a right and the Milkeria is right there which was one of our favorite spots for espresso and crepes. The shower got hot and cold a few times but it was fine. The only thing I wish the coffee machine to be available for longer hours. It’s only available from 8-11 It is a shared bathroom which wasn’t really an issue but it was always clean. Definitely would come back again. It’s nothing fancy. Definitely old fashioned but the location is great. Staff is friendly too

We traveled as a family with our 2 teenage boys during Christmas. The location was great, just 2 mins from Duomo and right in the heart of many shops and restaurants. The checkin was smooth and great communication through whatsapp. We booked the quadruple room and it was quite spacious with a queenbed and 2 twin beds. The building is a 16th century building and it felt great to see the character in the room with 20ft ceilings, old paintings etc. there is no elevator which was not a big issue for us even with luggage but something to think about. The room cleaning was done everyday, wifi was super fast. There is also no ironbox but you can get one from reception on request. There are many pastry and gelato shops within quick walking distance and several great places for lunch and dinner. The bathroom was new and renovated and was modern however rooms maintain their old 16th century charm - they are however clean and comfy and we had no issues. All in all, a great stay.

My stay at the a hotel Hiberia was absolutely fantastic. The staff, the hotel room and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the Hiberia as a central hotel location if you are visiting central Rome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

O hotel é super bem localizado! Está a 2 minutos de distância do Duomo e é de fácil acesso. O atendimento foi excelente. O quarto era ótimo e mesmo o uso do banheiro compartilhado foi uma experiência tranquila. Quem está trazendo malas grandes, só precisa ter atenção pois o hotel é no segundo andar e não tem elevador.

my parents had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence, just steps away from the Duomo — the location couldn’t be better! The rooms are surprisingly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. And the cappuccino at breakfast was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Firenze.
