I strongly recommend this hotel😍It was amazing hotel with the wonderful staff and reception especially Mr Marco who was highly helpful and gave us very good suggestions about Venice, attraction,places and restaurants etc. The hotel was comfortable and the room was spacious,clean. Besides the hotel services was really great especially the breakfast😋 I enjoyed my stay there and I’ll definitely go back next time.

There are no words to praise the amazing staff: The reception- Agnese and Elena (hope I got the names right...) were very very friendly, and helpful (thanks for booking us great restaurents). A special thanks to Mr. Marco - an exeptional kind and modest person who took care of all our needs. We even saw him at 05:00 am in the morning helping an old couple- carrying their suitcases all the way to the docks. Breakfast was tastefull with good verity- great cappuccino! Thanks again to Mr. Marco made us a special very early breakfast... Would defintely come back- next time with the children!

I did ask for a canal view, and my room was right next to the bridge. It was odd to look out the window and have people right there,but it didn’t really bother me. I also stayed during off season so there was not a lot of foot traffic on the bridge. One morning there was a lot of traffic from shipment deliveries to the businesses around the area. It’s something to consider and to keep in mind when you Are booking a hotel that is surrounded with water versus staying in a hotel in the center of town. There will always be some type of noise if you have a room with a canal view. I didn’t realize this before booking as I have never stayed in Venice,but something to keep in mind for those that want privacy or completely silence. Not the hotel fault. Overall, perfect location and would stay here again.
