Excellent stay near Roma Termini! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Britannia and would happily return. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Roma Termini, which made getting around the city and catching trains effortless. There's also a grocery store nearby, which was handy for picking up essentials. The hotel is very clean and felt safe throughout my stay. As is typical of many European hotels, the room was on the smaller side, but the bathroom more than made up for it—it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The standout, though, was the staff. They were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful at every turn. Their warmth made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, safe, and well-located place to stay in Rome!

We are from America and we like ice water. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to get us ice water when ever we asked. Which was every time we went out. Thank you all so much. Our room was spacious and I lo ed the patio that we sat out on with friends and had an appetizer. They had a mini fridge for some meds that we needed. We only had breakfast one day and it was phenomenal something for everyone. They had a juice made from carrots, orange and lemon in it and they had a blood orange juice that was out of this world.

We often feel lost in a new city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They helped us secure a private airport pickup, tickets to the Colosseum after ours fell through, free cooking tour and walking tour and restaurant recommendations. This helped us greatly and made our trip more enjoyable. We will be looking to stay at this hotel chain again often.

Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie en het ontbijt. We hadden zonder ontbijt genomen maar konden smorgens aangeven als we dat toch wilde, wat we ook 2x gedaan hebben. Ook het ontbijt dikke prima (van yoghurt to croissants, eieren, fruit etc.) Heerlijke capuchino. Een net hotel, fijne schone kamer, heerlijk bed met genoeg bergruimte. Bad en douche ook prima, metjea en schoon. Wij struggelde wel wat met de regelknop van de douche maar best. Prima locatie ook, van hieruit is alles goed loopbaar, bus en metro in de buurt. Eettentjes op loopafstand. Dikke prima!

Everything about this hotel is outstanding, for the price we were so impressed with the quality of the service and luxury feel of the room. The staff were very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants etc and were very welcoming. The location is perfect, walking distance to the colosseum, Trevi fountain, and public transport links such as train stations, metro, bus stops etc. Highly recommend!
