This hotel is beautiful and wonderfully updated and maintained. The morning breakfast is divine and the staff is over and above kind and attentive. The location is great, but you do need to have porters bring your luggage from wherever you get dropped off because the passage ways in Positano are crowded. We LOVED our stay here!

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Location is wonderful and easy to get to from the ferry. Views were breathtaking. Staff was amazing and helpful. Restaurants on site were delicious and the free breakfast was beyond top notch. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Excellent service the moment you walk in, courteous and attentive to every need that you might have. Clean room, and quiet at night. Breakfast is just amazing and the staff is so helpful... while sitting at my table, I didn't have to get up for little things. My room was facing the amazing Positano beach, and it did not disappoint at all. Keep in mind that you would hear the noise of the beach, but once you close the doors is just fine.

FABULOUS hotel and wonderful staff! Can’t wait to bring more friends to experience this beautiful property! For elderly people with walking issues, this would be difficult for them! Without a car you need to walk 20 minutes to catch a bus which was very cheap to go to Amalfi town, Ravella, Positano and other cities around 30 minutes to 1hour…. car from Naples airport to this hotel was $200 euro. I would not attempt driving here as the roads are very narrow and motorbikes constantly whizzing around you! It takes an expert to safety drive around this area! Catching a ferry from Positano was $30 pp but worth experiencing! Breakfast was included each morning and the people working here were fabulous! The views on top of the hotel were gorgeous! This property is very small with only 13 rooms so you receive personal attention! We loved it!

Room was perfect and had an AMAZING ocean view! The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly nice and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were there to help with anything, luggage, recommendations, directions, it was great! They had a very wide selection for breakfast and had a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel that made our first night super easy! Overall a great stay!

Absolutely our favorite hotel we stayed at in our trip to Italy. The staff was amazing fron the start (the automatic door they open from behind the desk when you are coming up the stairs with your luggage was a nice surprise) The hotel is VERY clean and whatever they use to mop all the tile smells amazing! Breakfast was amazing every morning. Everything wash fresh, prepared with care, and the Staff at breakfast were so helpful and kind. We also had dinner (for 11 people) in the restaurant when we arrived and the server and staff were great. The swrver for our table offered a family style sharing of multiple courses and dishes. All was amazing.

Beautiful hotel, incredible location, and wonderful staff! We spent a full week in Room 58, located on the top floor at the end of the building—offering breathtaking views of the mountains, beach, and port. We flew into Naples from the U.S. and hired a private driver to bring us to the hotel. Note that cars cannot access the property directly, so we rolled our luggage a short distance down charming cobblestone streets—unexpected, but part of the Positano experience! Arriving early in the morning, we were greeted with a gorgeous breakfast overlooking the beach, and the kind staff even had our room ready by 1 p.m., well before standard check-in. The breakfast buffet each morning on the patio became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location could not be better—steps from the beach, ferry dock, boutique shopping, and endless people-watching. A perfect spot to experience the magic of Positano!
