Localização excelente, boas acomodações e um ótimo café da manhã. Porém o.box do banheiro tem um problema de vazamento de água do chuveiro o qual normalmente deixa o piso externo próximo ao box todo molhado.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and rooftop patio was huge bonus. Breakfast was very nice as well. I feel badly for forgetting her name, but the bartender on the patio was great. We appreciated the mini fridge in the rooms as well. Overall, our stay was a good value with a convenient location, I would stay again.

This hotel was perfect for our 3 days in Florence. Great AC, very comfortable bed, great breakfast to help us get an early start to our days, and a beautiful rooftop bar for the ideal post-adventure nightcap. We will absolutely be back and recommending Hotel Cantoria to friends and family.

This was a great place to stay, it was in a great location. Also, the staff was very helpful, they greated us with a map of the city and gave us an idea of how far each attraction was.

Well located, walking distance from the main train station. Very clean and comfortable, newly renovated room and bathroom, modern linen and effective air-conditioning. Very friendly and welcoming staff, the included breakfast is a lovely start to the day.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. I felt it was a good value for the price. They had a nice little breakfast buffet in the morning. The Staff was very helpful and gave us a map with suggestions for local attractions. It is walking distance to the train station as well. The only downside for me is that it is on a very busy street.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. nice location, only 5 minutes' walk to the train station. only one thing to be aware of is check the hotel name in the google map instead of the address, otherwise it will guide you to the wrong place.

Travelled as a female solo traveler for one night, felt very safe. Nice clean and spacious single room with en suite. Some of the reviews I had seen mentioned that their single room had no lock - mine had a standard door lock which worked fine! Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Lovely view from the rooftop for sunset

Convenient location only ten minutes walk to main train station and close to local attractions. Room very clean and kept tidy by the housekeeping staff every day. Outside of hotel was a put off as it looked quite run down. The reception was on the fifth floor with the other floors being private residence and another hotel the entrance. The hotel was comfortable and staff very friendly and the hotel areas were all up to date and very clean. I was very pleased after my initial disappointment with the main entry.
