The hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to several attractions, as well as an easy walk from parking/ train station. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, but it was wonky (the whole hotel leans a little - not a problem, but just quirky). We were on the third floor with a great canal view, but there is no elevator so three flights of stairs with a heavy case could potentially be an issue for some. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was Lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay at this property. We booked the room with the balcony and enjoyed watching the gondolas go by. You’ll hear the water traffic in the morning, and the building is very old and practically falling into the water but that’s Venice. It had lots of charm, and we appreciated the breakfast options. The location is perfect! Not too far from touristy stuff but close enough if that’s what you want.

From start to finish Paul and Karen were great to deal with. The suite we stayed in exceeded our expectations. Very beautiful inside and out! The bed was the best nights sleep we had on a 3 week vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to Amsterdam. Thanks Paul and Karen!
